The difference 1 day makes....

March 21 2010

The difference 1 day makes, yesterday I matched a lot more profiles than I do today..... What horrible thing did I do in the past 24 hours? I turned 31. Now while it's only a number, I do try to only bother those that match my profile and I match theirs (I did say try). Who else has run into this brick wall of ageism and how did you deal with it.......

Question/Querie/Poser This is how i dealt with it (mind you i am already in a happy relationship, so take that into account) You have to come to the realisation that nobody finds you appealing anymore (you still have 10 to 15 years yet) and give up looking...yes i know seems kinda defeatist,  but you can only bash your head against a wall for so long before you end up with brain damage...lolSometimes you just gotta admit defeat....hard as that may be.Cheers Nev.....and best of luck to you fella

The ageist thing only applies to guys, women of all ages are highly sought after (generally speaking) by males of all ages (generally speaking), but not vice a versa (generally speaking). I reckon its sort of like a bell curve and the top of the bell is around 36 yo and the rim of bell is about 45 yoNow i am just waiting to hear from Earl if there is any signifigance or bias as to where the AC/DC logo is fixed.Cheers Nev....The Professor....or Bullshit Artist....lol

Far be it for me to complain....BUT..as flattering as it is to receive attention for all these hard bodied scenic young men, we all know they just want to fulfill their own american media inspired fantasies. And from my experience, the older guys are so head fucked with stuff from their ex's or again, just out to gratify their own sexual urges....there isnt any room for women like me who wants something with a little more 'depth' (and I dont mean a 9 inch cock...lol) I'd take quality over quantity in my (in)box any day!!!

Mooka.......Not long and i'm 52...lol..so i agree with Nev and mooka and 121fun... with most younger guys are looking for fast food n cherry picking.not substance..eg viewing women with respect as people..quality shouldn't be rush..like a fine wine that can seduce the senses.xoxoxheymumma

Mooka, Let us just say firstly that any birthday is a good day... To not be able to have another birthday is a sad thing.. Now let us look at your cup half full... You may be older, but now wiser, more experienced and more desireable to a wider range of people... So may you enjoy your wise and experience and freely share it with those who will appreciate it... From two of us who are older, wiser and still having more birthdays... Oh, and we are still learning too..hehe.. much more fun to keep learning and sharing the knowledge... Mr&Mrs Av.
