Coffee interview My reasoning is...that if Im so unsure about whether I acutally want to have sex with them and need to screen over coffee, I havent done my homework....(no not going through their rubbish bins lol) but in chatting, talking, via phone or cam...I always make sure I know what they look like this way prior to meeting, or there's no point me meeting them. . So I guess by cutting out the interview process over coffee I'm going straight for high level entry here It's always nice to have a man on the inside

We like to have a coffee and chat first but never make it sound like a interview, we just like to chat about things we like and they like its a ice bracker and we have met people over coffee and at the end said thanks but no thanks... Some people will chat better with a coffee in their hand then on line, I found on line they will tell you what you want to hear and then when you meet them they have a diffrent story to tell, also found single guys who wont meet for coffee dont want to be seen having coffee with someone as they are married... Yes caming does help with some and we have met people after caming with them..... Meeing with people at home is a risk, so some meet at motels but when you live in a small place like Geraldton and people see you going to motels they start taking... and the nearist motels from Gero worth going to is over 300km away.... So yes we rather meet for coffee first its much easyer to walk away there.... PSS sssteve2011 if you meet for coffee and a chat you dont treat it like a job interview, just like a going out with a friend for coffee......

Im the employer. My attitude is that if we're going to work well together then were going to have to get along. Who is interviewing who? This is not determined by whosoever is forking over for the coffee. As it happens, I don't do the coffee shop interview scene. Someone recently invited me to an afternoon in the sun at a nudie beach. That'll win me over every time! A common interest is a great place to start! Hugs Stalky

We do the coffee thing if we're meeting during the day and the drink thing if night. As a couple MrTri and I are looking to entertain a single female. This could be very intimidating for the ladies we meet so we prefer to meet in a public place where we can be seen from the street and our guests can be comfortable that we are who we say we are, no surprises. If it feels like an interview things are evidently not going well. It should feel like friends catching up for drinks. The fact that our place is very close to a number of bars and coffee houses is quite fortunate as if things go well it is just a short trip home. ;)

...as I do spend a fair bit of time getting to know the person well ahead of time. Too much coffee is not good for you and drinking can fog the mind...you might not enjoy everything nearly as much. Besides, management of those places don't generally like it all that much if you end up shagging right there on top of the table...let alone all the fuss the other patrons make whilst watching and cheering you on. | They just have no sense of humour...or adventure.

we do the meet for coffe.....when WE feel its appropriate....if anything, its to screen the 'wanna be's' from the 'already ares'...... the coffee meets are an interview of sorts....we are, after all, placing a fair bit of responsibilty in the others hands....and doesnt it go without saying....that it should never be done so, lightly? play is never on the cards at the time of the coffee, or drinks.........thats always for another time........saves making errors of judgement........

omg yep we use to do the meet and greet scene, and found it most awkward, and thought this is just like a job interview, so we stopped it and now meet at clubs and group meet and greets, at least if they arent the ones, we can both go and mix with other ppl. and i also love the ppl that msg me with a resume, pmsl that cracks me up

How much satisfaction you get out of the job , well that depends on the effort you put into it. Please wear your safty gear at all times, its in this small package you tear it open with your teeth.

Steve - Absolutely.......in the sub conscious of course, which makes it even more fun!! Resume = Profile Pre Screen / Application = Initial Messages Interview Appointed = Time and Venue Agreed Appropriate Attire = Dress for Success (or in Stalky's recent adventure, no dress at all ) Interview = Meet and Greet Appointment / Success Outcome = Mutual Objectives Met or Unsuccessful Outcome = Stood Up or Interview has early termination or exit Commencement / Probationary Review = Intimate Encounters Endured And what is all so very intriguing is; * Review and assessment procedures * Developmental action plans * KPI's *Coaching for Performance *Bonus Implementation for exceeding performance targets Although it is difficult to rate in numerical figures, as in the recruitment world, there are so many applications never acknowledged or rejected with the resume not matching the job description. However, it sooooooooooo much more fun than work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mwa xxx
