The Kastle in Sydney

Hi All, We were looking at hiring out a dungeon room at the Kastle in Sydney for a few hours. We were wondering if anyone has any experience with the Kastle? Specifically: - What ate their rooms like? - What is the cleanliness of the rooms - What are the requirements for cleaning up the room after your session.
We have emailed the Kastle through their website, but haven't gotten any response yet, which also makes us a little apprehensive.
