There are going to be looong stretches where you will have some time to "enjoy" yourself and I can't think of a better way to take your mind off the pain than putting on a naughty vid and playing. Hope the TKR benefits your lifestyle because a dodgy knee sucks the proverbial. I had afriend who had one recently and he found it has improved his life hugely. Make sure the doc's wash their hands before they touch you in the ward as from what I see it is the most neglected part of infection control as such among Drs. Get well soon babe. Mike

That is such a sweet post. You are an inspiration for myself and many others on here I'm sure. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that your surgery goes well and your recovery time is minimal. Good luck with the knee surgery and it's looking like I might see you in there if the rheumatologist and neurosurgeon both say I have to next week as the back is worse and no surgery can fix it - so they need to get the inflammation and pain down (sigh!!!). And by the way Rocky Hospital is fantastic - even the food is good! Pusscat xxxx

Mike:) Thankyou so very much for your concern and sharing that story about your Friend.very sweet of you :) I have had My Right Kneee done in late April.It was fun ,I got to tease the young Assistant Surgeon. Asked him if he minds if I touch up his Butt .I was in a very mischievious Fun mood .The other replied "sure it's 100% free on Medicare" ha!ha!I remark yes i notice you're out of arms reach we all had a Laugh.. I have "The Man" Numero Uno.. doing My Surgery again. He was awesome pretty cool too.. The 2nd day I was Off and Going . I'venever Looked back. Even the Pain was so much less than what I had been dealing with. So I'm going to enjoy Myself once more, go join their Party in ER when it's My Turn have a Ball..:)Because I can he!he! Jensman..Did i overwhelm you Hun no mSG lately ..Thanks Sweet Thing Oh! Doggy isn't in My repetoir anyway not on all 4s. anyway too Submissive ..I'll wait to watch Naughty Moviers with a Guy Mike so I can have Instant gratification..ha!ha! Naughty boys;) Oh! PussyCat I'm so sorry to know that.Well I hope you improve quite a lot once you leave Rocky .. Yes I enjoyed it there.It was fun .I was doing some Spiritual Stuff and Councelling with the Nurses, looking after me.They were blown away and it helped them so much. Hey Hun:) Thanks for your lovely Sentiments very sweet of you to say..Oh! Yes Mam I'll omly get into Mischief of my own making..It was fun last time and a very Positive experience.. The Surgeons were Yum! and fun he!he! but everyone in Theatre was so skilled and caring too .. The 2 Nurses who looked after me mainly were Wonderful.The Older 1 telling me of her Relationship with a Younger Balinese Guy.Sshe's had enough of his cooking everywhere around her Kitchenhe!he!Driving her crazy..Last time she was giving him the flick, so it's like a serial, next chapter he!he!I revealled things about herself and how she could compromise on the Situation with her Partner so she was going to do it ..we'll see he!he! about herself which surprised her The other Lovely Nurse who was having issues with her Guy. was also looking after his dog ,which upset her because it had to be put down. So sad but she was coming into her own so we talked I helped her to understand what's going on, which took a load off of her shoulders. As I said this is when I feel very Blessed to be given the abilities to do this see Others move on more Positive mmmmmmmso good!! :) I'm tsking my oracle cards when I catch up with the 2 Girls I'll give them a more indepth guide if they want it besides it gives me something to do too:) Blessings Lu :)

Thankyou Hun for your very nice sentiments I really appreciate them..I'm very sorry that you've had a negative experience in some way with Rockingham Hospital.to such an extent it has left a Negativity with you Please try to let that flow away like ripples on the waves not hold onto these feelings it does you no good..:) In all the years I've been going to them for 1 thing or another I've had nothing Less than Excellent .attention, Treatment from a Dedicated skilled Proffessional staff. hi! Hun thankyou so very much for your lovely sentiments there's never a time restriction on good intentions and kind words you've brought a smile to my face.. Yes I had My knee Op; and have been home since Sundat arvo. The result is amazing.No more deformed knees, no more Pain.Just a niggle as it repairs itself. I can walk straight and on my own even now.I'm sleeping quite a lot too right now tho I have had offers from my Younmg admirers to come join me give me cuddles he!he!I plan on taking up those offers very soon he!he! It will take from 8weeks -6month to fully recover but I heal quickly in that regsrd ..So Thankyou very much Hun :)x
