Have been a few times on a Saturday night, it’s a nice club with a bar and dance floor at one end, rooms, spa’s and sauna’s at the other end.
They have a mix of rooms ranging from a larger play room, some smaller rooms where the doors can be closed and locked if desired. Swing room or room with mirrors are favourites.
People we have met there have always been nice, easy going and respectful.

We went for the first time last Sat night and agree with what NewVicCpl says. It's a neat small venue where it's quite easy to see who's there. Typical mix of ages and body shapes.
The size and number of couples likely to be there makes it a good option to attend with friends as opposed to somewhere bigger like Saints or WoW where you are pretty sure to meet people you can click with.

We first went to Bay City Sauna for a 101 night. We enjoyed it so much, we went back the following weekend. There were more people on the 101 night, but on both nights there was a variety of ages and body types, and everyone was respectful.

Nice casual clothes to start with. Maybe something that makes you stand out. One guy wore a hat which made hime stand out. Nice trunks for when you dress down.
On both nights there were peoples ranging from 20s to 60s and everywhere in between. I struggle to judge ages and look at fitness and attraction instead. XNewVicCpl

It Changes from week to week
Whilst Bay City Sauna is one of our favourite places to go to, we forgot to say that just like other places, it changes from week to week.
We have been there when it was vert busy, average age of couples in their lates 30’s to early 40’s yet the vibe was down as most came with another couple and didn’t want to interact with others.
Other times there has been a much smaller crowd, similar age range but far more interactive and fun.
We find that we enjoy the nights when there are smaller crowds for that reason, and that is the same for all clubs we have been too.
I’d recommend you go a few times if you can so that you can experience the difference, and if you happen to experience a quiet night because others are already occupied, don’t sweet it and be sure to try again another night.RHP User

Have only seen the 101 advertised once but haven’t been. Sounds interesting though, was it good?

We went to the one in October. It was fantastic. The host set up games to get people mingling. We are going to the 101 in December. X
