  DC for once - and just this one time only so help me god - I agree with you, but not in regard to the legalities. OP, you seem very keen given that this is your second post on the topic. You need to tread carefully. Bali is quite religious and while they are very liberal - they have to be to endure how a lot of tourists behave over there - sexual ''depravity'' (as they would see it) is very heavily frowned upon. They can abide an Aussie puking in the gutter after 32 Bintangs of an afternoon, they can't abide couples getting more than cuddly in public. If you really wanted to dig through the relevant ''travel'' section on here, you would find that there is a resort somewhere (from memory) in the North that is essentially a nudist resort, with a lot of reported swinging activity occurring there. The locals in the village are very vocal in their displeasure at having such a resort however, they find it grossly offensive, and there have been times the local police have had to stop mobs from storming the place. Indonesia (you mentioned in your first forum) is muslim and crack down very heavily on outlawed sexual behavior. If you want to be one of those that winds up on local media back home here after being busted (like the poor Aussie dude busted going to a gay sauna in Jakarta), then go right ahead. The risks are quite real. Bali is Hindu and as I mentioned a lot more liberal - they don't mind tourists hooking up with each other, and if you found another couple that wanted to have fun with you, provided you were discrete they probably wouldn't mind that too much either. A party though, with lots of couples all getting it on? Unless you have a nice secluded villa somewhere, you are probably going to draw attention of the unpleasant kind. We expect people from other countries who visit or migrate to Australia to abide by our social and cultural standards, I believe we should do the same when we visit other countries.
