Sqirting and female pelvic muscles

Hi all, I've been avidly reading the squirting topics recently. I heard about squirting 10-15 years ago, but only recently experienced it, and wow, it's a massive turn on for me. I had assumed that girls either could or couldn't, my gf said that she had only done it once or twice previous to me, as we are both the same age <44> I assumed that she was either a bit embarrassed or was protecting my ego . She would squirt probably 7-8/10 with me. After reading the other threads, I am coming to believe that there is a degree of technique involved, as some gave "how to" descriptions similar to what I had been using with her. But what caught my eye in those threads was that a couple of people also described the womans pelvic muscles contracting so tightly as to expell the penis as she came. My gf also did this to me many times this would happen 1-2/10. This has not happened to me with any other woman. A female friend tells me that she can and does do both, so I am wondering if there is a link between the strenght of a womans pelvic floor and squirting? I'm having a little dry patch at the moment, luckily I have toys and the means to use them! I was making myself squirt this evening with just a plain old dildo, my on my back, but clenching my muscles whilst fucking myself (sorry if this is too much information everyone).So, yes, there's definitely a relationship, i.e. I think you can force a squirt to happen. However, it's better (for me personally anyway) when I don't have to think about it and the clenching and squirting is involuntary.

This has been known to happen regularly for me in good ol' missionary, however, it's been over a year since I had sex in that position and I can't recall if there was any squeezing out or not but I know it was wet & messy. However, if I'm getting myself off, squeezing the toy out does lead to squirting, not the other way around.
