Just curious what every one has in mind for the spank party Weimar Berlin This year's theme is all about the PRE-WAR PERIOD in debauched Berlin... 1920s and 30s EROTIC CABARET, MILITARY DOMINATION AND LOUCHE SEXUALITY. A darkly provocative theme for Spank’s 10th party! Theme dressup encouraged! Go 1920s/30s retro: think Marlene Dietrich, or Liza Minnelli in Cabaret… army, navy or airforce uniforms… top hat & tails with a monocle, leather riding boots & crop… Please however do not glamorise Nazism by wearing their symbols. So please share any ideas for men and women

WHAT A GREAT THREAD - I've been on the internet looking for ages and have 2 rooms full of costumes here & still can't come up with a male costume that i like. The girls i'm brining along as slaves - no problem at all finding their costumes xxx

Hiya. Again, love the thread! We've been pondering this one for a while. We've ditched the military thinking for something a little more cabaret/burlesque Unfortunately too many are associating 'Berlin' with war/military themes and considering Weimar was at its height of decadence well before WWII, associations with military are causing a few headaches for the organisers. So people need to think outside the square on this one. So we're really pushing a sexy cabaret twist but deciding on one particular outfit for each of us is proving tricky... Can't wait to get there though! x B&T
