  ..on how much beer one is drinking! but journalling definately is. i do recall keeping a diary at one stage was much cheaper than therapy sessions but didnt help none (love my use of the English language) had to dispose of said diary though..my ex started looking for it to read and no way was he going to learn my inner thoughts...hmmm maybe that why he is the ex? I do love to give to others and used to do a great program they have in Toowomba called the 'adopt a family' campaign. Essentially you put your name down at the local newspaper roughly in Novemeber (but I started shopping for this way before) and you were give annonymously a family to help out. You organised hamper of nonperishable food stuffs and presents which were then delivered by the local charities. By starting in about Sept I would have 4 or 5 large boxes of food stuffs, be given the rough details on the family (you know Mum and 3 kids. ages, gender, likes) and go shopping for presents. A green bag full for each person involved, throw in a gift card to one of the supermarkets and i was done. Shame I couldnt find a similar thing when I moved to the GC. I loved doing it. Even got an anonymous thankyou one year. Ahh I do so love to give... Kisses Focus

  Wow Fucos that is pretty amazing and absolutely heartfelt..In this crazy fast paced world you found that time to do that..may have to investigate, no! will definately investigate. Perhaps a drive out to the outback where kids are floundering and just maybe make a little difference and yes by collecting a hamper, so cool.. During a hard time many years ago, I did automatically journal as a way of filtering my mind..mmm nah journelling by one is of course private and can see how he is the ex...at the end of the day we need our sleep and if journalling helps during those hard hours well just do it!!!! frees up that grey matter... Last yr I declared no presents...just good company, so perhaps I am half way there...And that's what we did. I have alot of reasons to give at Christmas rather than take because someone was taken from me at Christmas in 1997 and the feeling of helpless was pretty distraught...Even if I can make a small contribution would be self building although just from someone a little helpless knowing someone gave a dam would matter to me..Many ideas are crowding my grey matter right now, all good. In this crazy sex world also, it's nice to take stock.... Well Missbowpeek!!!!!!!!! You made my night!!!, no I didn't notice if you were wearing your knickers whilst removing my items, I was too busy blushing and quietly turned on lol... What pimple lol lol....nah luvy I just was trying to replace your bra..and wasn't looking at your bum lol Oh that kiss etc... Well Miss, get on jetstar and get your sweet ass up here so we can have a weekend of newy fun...come on up, waters fine... Am intrigued re your sudden interest in AFL??? Surely being a Mexican that would be your priority AFL of course.!!! xxx

  Hey My family live in F.N.Q. so I havent given them pressies for years.................lol.....................................This year I adopted a guide dog in the family name..................., and previous years i have bought unicef gifts....gave a goat in ex mother in laws honour...tickled me lol................ they have great gifts...chickens. snake bight kits maternity home delivery kits, water sanitization, chemical toilets (see I was restrained !!) also sponsored the hairy nosed wombat at the zoo for a couple of years...but it died.....nothing to do with us..they sold me an old one !! But if you want a real challenge......how about helping run an orphanage in africa for kids with aids ............ A 3 month stint ..or more........dont think they have a pool table tho.... Oh and the FNQ thing also makes me ...........................not a mexican ............... LOL.............................. reality is good for you ............................casually glancing at flights lol..................................................... miss b

  Yes awsome to help out in African orphanages. I wish I had the resources and most of all courage to undertake that said jouney omg..A girlfriend of mine at work did such journey, she returned a changed person. Would be great substance to undertake such a journey as part of the school cirriculum. My girlfriend was amazed, saddened and changed (for the good)..They have nothing! Alot of charity does not get through. I do wish I was brave enough to encounter such a fulfilling and kindness exercise. I have been to Vietnam twice and want to rescue all the circus animals, yes the bears... Going to Fiji, I experienced a school village on an island, I cried the whole time. They have only one uniform for the year, no desks, no seats, just floor and chalk. Books and stationery is rare. The children were rich in so many other ways. They sang songs to us and explained to us what they learn. A girl I met over there and I got the schools details and we sent over a stack load of stationery and exercise books. We did this for a while. We cannot save the world. Feels good with good intentions. There smiles were priceless. So rich in family values. Wow sorry Miss, no Mexican!!! keep checking out those flights baby!! You are so very welcome here, have alot of room(s) lol. Oh the fun we would have lol. FNQ wow...charity items appropriate to area...lol snake bite kits, for real???? or are you pulling or biting my leg lol..... I have seen 2 snakes at my house...I will not live if I see another lol lol lol....hence purchased snake repellents, yes they do exist, perhaps I could donate them to the outback....and flano shirts.. You know simple things, like washing powder, that gel that gets rid of germs that you use in the kitchen and on your way out of the bathroom...   Thats just awesome...what a way to give at christmas time...I spend a fortune inpostage each year though as the enices and nephews get older I ma loving gift cards lol.... I do recall do a whole school kit thing for a charity one year..helping them organise it..getting people and businesses to donate..filled a shoe box with supplies for schildren and teachers alike - that was a blast... I too would love to do the Africa thing but would have to do some serious plannign and resource aquiring for that to occur but I can dream and maybe one day.... Those flights - honey are we talking New castle or Bris - you know we would love to see you in a few weeks time... Kisses Focus
