I bought an 1950's Hawkesbury Agricultural College blazer at a garage sale and a pair of king gee grey shorts..... I mean, there's no end to the sources for school uniforms... I guess you want a girly one... hehe... try phoning a catholic school and ask there (Catholic school uniforms are best. :p).. pretend your daughter will be enrolling... or sommat. HUgs GAz

Sometimes Lowes has the checky dresses worn by many local school stocked. Also, I'm not sure where you live, but I know in many small Queensland country towns the schools do not have uniform shops and a local clothes shop on the main street stocks the uniforms. You can just stroll in and buy! Good luck!!!!! lovebittenxxoxoxoxo

They are in Australia and have some good costumes, and alot cheaper than alot of the other sites I've seen. If you email them and ask, they often can get other costumes for you too, like cheerleaders. www.goodnite.com.au

Second hand shops, but they can be as rare as hens teeth to get one in an adult sort of size most are primary school. As Lovebitten suggested there are shops that stock generic ones, not sure about the stores over there, but I got mine from Rivers which was a green checked school dress, woot only cost $5 too. I got my varsity one from a university in the US, still tracking down a St Trinians from England *sighs* then I will be complete. . Oh and try ebay too! Have fun. xx Miss Honey xx <

Wow, Thanks for all the reply's and advice, i thought i might have upset the apple cart but we Poms love our naughty schoolgirls probably due to all our teachers being pervs lol. I have tried the 2nd hand stores but to no avail,so Lowes and Rivers it seems are the way to go, or I might have found a niche in the market for a new business. Big love. Mrs Play.
