Reactive or proactive

January 23 2013

Are you a reactive response person - not taking responsibility for your problems, seek to blame others or use excuses to stay in a problem! OR Are you a proactive person - take responsibility for problems, do not blame others, do not make up excuses....

Proactive when I can be, but that is how I get support teams I work in to do things as well. I just think if you react to something it means the problem is already bigger than it probably should have been.

I am proactive of course. By the way, are you seriously expecting people to say otherwise? Lol

After I wrote it - I thought what a silly question ppl are of course going to say proactive whether they are or not

It all depends on the situation. I am more than happy to take responsibility, especially when in the wrong. Sometimes you can be guilty by association, this is when I become reactive.

I read and interpet this question differently as well   Im trained to be reactive to a given situation and act accordingly based on the information available at the time   I wish I was more proactive....but sometimes (every so often) you just need to be hit by the freight train or alternatively accept that at times, the lite at the end of the tunnel....really is the lite.......:)

I dont whinge and whine on about how horrible life has been..I just get on with it, everyone has there own "S/He done me wrong song" and dont want to hear mine. I am proactive in the respect that I can and do take responsibilty for all that is mine. I am only reactive when things are out of my control. Then I react....loudly!

I ...don't know. Oh, no. I'm so confused. This is all your fault, CheekyArses.
