but before I launch into that ... omg pmsl xFunx god that was hilarious So, someone I know, a male that knows about these things, said that many blokes see rhp as a numbers game. They spam women, as many as they can, and believe it or not, they usually end up being successful at finding someone who is willing to meet (and yep f**k) them.So, given it's a strategy, and it works, no amount of changing our profile is going to weed out those blokes. Is that what guys write.......funny stuff! Personally i was always more interested in what sort of person you are, being one of those odd bods who likes to make a cerebral connection first.I always used to read the whole profile......well at least up to the age range....before hitting the back button, thank christ it up near the top!......lolBut of course there are a few ladies on here i would absolutely adore to know better, women who excite my mind and sense of fun, unfortunately i don't meet their specifications so i would never contact them, and i guess thats life hey! the old another place another time in another lifetime type thing.Anyway i digress again....dohIn reality though i can sort of empathise with the guys, its the whole numbers game scenario ad nauseum and can you imagine trying to come up with five original well thought out messages a day.When i was actively looking i would be lucky to send one message a fortnight, yes it was that hard to absolutely match another profile and for my interest to be peaked as well.Cheers Nev

Yes I can sympathise with all those women out there that get inundated with msgs from those that don't meet the criteria, yes life must be hard being popular! But consider this, how many of you women have sent a message to someone outside of your criteria because he has a six pack, hung like a horse or has impressed you in some way in either here at the forums or in the chatrooms? Yes the same guy you just sent a flirt too is one that unless you knew something about him would have been at minimum insta delete if he had contacted you! Girls, guys are just answering your advertisment - that is all a profile is, a big 'Hey look at me' add complete with pictures. Which would you really prefer, to get heaps of messages or to get none at all, thats right, zilch, zero, nudda. I knw which I would rather prefer .....

We send heaps of winks when we want to play and wont bother reading too much our check will go: age, distance, sex with others, bodies....fuckable? After all we are playing not getting married. For us its a timing thing, we might take a break for a while and then have a look around when we feel like it , so we may not answer winks etc . they are nice to recieve....thought everyone likes a compliment. For me Mooka I am loving my empty inbox..why? because I know that those who do send me a message are those I am already in communication with or want to chat with i.e. our forum friends who wnat to privately pass something on to me. the one thing worse than getting a message from someone who clearly has not read your profile, is when you very clearly read a profile and send a message knowing you and your profile are a good match for that person only to recieve a "sorry your not what i am looking for" response. i for one try not to waste my time and others by sending messages to people who dont match me, but i have had several of these responses lately from femaleswhose profiles i clearly match.

I used to have a long detailed profile....and got crappy messages.So I changed it...to something more succinct...and still got crappy messages!Now...it's 3 lines long...the minimum....and I STILL get crappy messages...except NOW they say they love my profile!Go figure!LMAO!JMO...BJxxx

And all of them are different - girls and guys. I for one always read the profiles as well as look at pics - after all there has to be some attraction, doesn't there? But there is all sorts of stuff involved - distance sexpreferences age preferences all sorts of stuff.... and then personality itself, which can be hard to express accurately in these profiles unless you write a novel I guess. So you try to write down what you want as concisely as possible in your profile, and you read other's profiles and try to interpret them to see if you might fit, and then you answer. OR you just send a wink to every profile you look at and use the shotgun approach! and hope like hell for a Dave

I would agree that many men do it in the know that statistically at some point someone will answer. I personally read the profiles as I don't believe in wasting anyone's time. On top of that the search capability is quite good to narrow down the field. After that it's down to the profile itself and how clear you make it. I would also suspect that a fair few of the guys would be after "anything" therefore the profile would be less relevant to them - as long as they get something! As always with supply and demand those who control the supply can dictate pretty much anything: that would be you girls! Just ignore the idiots and focus on the more discerning (by the way rainbow_bright apologies for sending a friend's invite just like that - I am two days on this site and was testing if it was available to guests - it sure was...now that I have spammed you, you can simply ignore me...or not)
