Private Events at swingers Clubs?

Hi! Kinda new to party scene in Sydney, but love it so far. We look online at places like OSS and every other event listed is a private event, just wondering what these events are and how we can get involved? Due to our very busy schedules, unfortunately often it seems that the dates we are available for parties line up with these private nights. Any genuine advice is appreciated. Cheers!
