Plate in ankle

So will a plate in my ankle really set off the metal detectors at the airport?What happens if a magnet gets near my ankle, could it pull me off my feet?Oh these and more interesting questions I have since being laid up with injury!!!! YesthepainkillershavekickedinLETS

sorry to hear about the injury.....what to do with all this time on your hands while you are not on your feet....lol I am sure the airport guys will introduce you to their leedle friend....hehe. Mess with their heads a bit, do the "hokey pokey" routine through the scanner,...put the right foot , put the left foot in... and stay away from MRI's enjoy the pain killers.....hope to see you at the next Melbourne drinks night, whenever that may be. cheers

hey Lets ..sorry to hear youve been ...um...laid.............................up....................bet your enjoying that LOL Rest assured youll glide thru the metal detectors undetected....altho if we rub the plates in your ankle against the rods in my back....who knows what sparks might fly hehehehehe get better quick xx faster tonto faster LOL

i have screws in my knee but never set the metal detectors off damn i was hoping for a strip search... : p
