  maybe your pics are too big. If you're on windows, google 'powertoys image resizer' and download Microsofts image resizer. Use that to make your pics smaller, less than 100 kb. That'll make them easier to upload. As you haven't said what the actual problem is, it makes it hard to offer a solution other than this one...

  Photo size limit here is 2mb...and depending on your camera and settings, they may be blown out. Check to see if you camera allows for different setting re: image size. There are any number of freeware tools online that can help you crop or edit the pics and are easy to use. If the pic is simply too large, try this one... http://www.faststone.org/ and it's free. It also lets you run any number of them in bulk, control the output etc. It's great...and it's free! | If you really get stuck (no, folks...this is not a cheap perv attempt, I am just a nice guy, you know) you could send them to me and will send them back sized to fit. Okay so I will have to look at them first...big deal. | Or if you are shy (don't listen to these guys...I am not a perv) I am happy to send along links to things that will help you resize your photos. Okay okay...so that Picassa thingy on Google will do it too... | ...and I am NOT a perv.
