The only 2 ways I know that will make your penis larger permanently is penis enlargement surgery and a product called the Andropenis which is pretty much like a traction device for your cock. It is a lengthy process involving wearing this device which looks like a cage for hours on end every day. It essentially slowly stretches your dick and it can take months to see results. It seems painstaking and painful but have customers who use it and have results. As for pumps, they are good for the short term. Pumps are often used just for masturbation purposes, other times, they are used for medical reasons such as not being able to get it up or keep it up often as a result from prostate cancer and it's treatment and aging. Cock pumps do sometimes claim that they will enlarge you, which in the short term is somewhat true as it draws more blood into the penis giving it like a swelling because it is more engorged. In the long term, it can maybe provide some results but you would need to be disciplined in using it daily even several times a day and the results, if any, would vary. You also need to assess the risk as you can burst blood vessels if you don't listen to your body and stop using it when you should. Pills often get a good result for sexual performance but not really in penis enlargement. It does aid in maintaining a good, hard erection which may of course make it feel larger.

  any of the proclaimed pills and potions work. Its like weight loss pills, they just don't work - people prey on the desperate and vulnerable, and lets face it, we males can get a little vulnerable at times I haven't found anything that makes me 'bigger' but I have found that some muscle building supplements help to make me HARDER. I take a arginine and L-Lysine supplement for gym work and it tends to make me VERY hard for the next 12 hours if anything stronger than a gentle breeze blows over my cock. But generally Id say stay away from the penis enlargement pills - they are scams.
