  I’d definitely recommend looking into cruises if you want a fun, energetic crowd. In my experience, they attract a lot of people in the 40+ age range who are there to relax, socialise and really enjoy themselves.. Another option could be hosting your own or joining private events. Smaller invite only parties or events can be a great way to meet people and you can get a sense of who’s attending beforehand. They often end up being some of the most enjoyable nights because everyone’s there with the same mindset. You may have already tried or thought about these things, so take it all with a grain of salt... this might not be the best advice for you at all. Just sharing what’s worked for me.

  House parties or private parties are best, 99% of the time the host who organises these gets events knows everyone they invited will get along.
