Orphans at xmas time???

Unfortunately we are not in the same boat as you. We have lots of family to see this year. But we have had a few orphan Christmas's and they have been the best ever ... I always thought I would miss my family on that special day but instead we did whatever the fuck we liked including lots of drinking and other substances not conducive to a family Christmas. Hope you can find some fun people to hang out with.

Alone here for Xmas too.....well just me , my son and dog.....No family around..And still new here in this town... The people I do know in town here are busy with there own families... Merry Xmas to all sweetpetite41 xxx

When I was posted country, I used to volunteer at the Salvos on Christmas day if I was not on roster. If you are that way inclined give them a call in advance or any of the other charities that do a christmas lunch, and they will let you know what they need. Sometimes they need drivers to pick up the elderly, some to serve etc. It is a very rewarding way to spend your day. There are plenty that attend also for the same reason you are seeking. I'm working this year, but have been adopted for the afternoon with some close RHP friends. Have a lovely day what ever you do, but there is no reason for you to be alone. xx Miss Honey xx <<

This Xmas I am without my family since I lost them in the divorce to my ex. Plus they like her more than they like me and they don't agree with my 'lifestyle' (i'm also a sparkly vampire). So I guess it's me, my True Blood Blue ray box set, a carton of Coronas and perhaps a pack of crackers (bon bons) to pull by myself. To be honest i'm rather looking forward to not having to suffer them all, I get to do what I want, when I want with who I want. YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH WHoop WHoop :) Soon it will be Christmas and we shall have some nuts! andy

I have my kids till 3.00pm, then it's just me and my olds and sisters, a slab of coronas sounds ok !!! Didn't miss new years eve untill I went mining,2 new years 800m underground on nightshift, not fun. Roll on dec31 this year !!!! Merry xmas all Bexta

Some years we actualy host an orphans party-last one was 4 years ago and invited anyone wh i knew who didn't have family, (And a few i didn't know) and we had a massive chrissy breakfast. Great fun and met some really cool people, about 30 turned up.Also really lke the idea put forward by miss honey- after all is the season to give!To the rest of you- Merry Cristams and stay safe!
