"Only after quality people" - How do you read this statement ?

Well even though I am probably considered "mature age" and I would also argue OP you guys too are creeping up in the age scale, I'm going to exercise my right to free speech and answer you anyways! After a quick look as it's honestly been years since I wrote our profile, we do not use the "looking for quality" statement however we do indeed think it and use it in our process of decideing if we were to meet someone. In reality it's just someone's expression of types of people they want to meet or expect to be of similar calibre to them I'd imagine.If one is "looking for quality" one would sure as shit hope they themselves possesed it as well. Judging just from a profile with a few words and pictures is initially all you have to base it on. So I'M the judge of /if they posess the quality we/ I are interested in. And in a nutshell words are just blah blah blah , it's the pictures of how they present themselves that say more anyways.

Well, given my background, I'd be expecting to see a bunch of engineers show up with clipboards, checklists and a copy of the latest Australian Standards 9001 under each arm. You're about to be audited by the quality police. Make sure your pleats are ironed, and you have a fall back position should you run out of lube. That's all I can say. that term, it would be because I was being bothered by, OR think I may end up being bothered by a bevvy or people who I felt uncomfortable with saying.. "No thank you, you are {fit in any description}, and I am not interested..." Something along those lines anyway.. What is quality to me probably wouldn't get a glance in your world RUPA.. nor in a lot of others worlds, AND Vice-Versa.. Why do people put a LOT of things on their profiles that you and I do not, or wrongly understand?I can't answer that.. Given that what constitutes quality varies from one person to the next. I see it as more of an expression rather than the definition of the term. Choosing quality over quantity is about having more of what matters most focussing on substance. Time is precious. Making room for spending time with people that you thoroughly enjoy spending time with is good quality time well spent.

@OPIndeed you can not stop us from posting, but then I can not force you to read. "Only after quality people." in its self is meaningless without reading the profile. There is no need to quantify quality as it is well and truly written between the lines of a profile. After reading your profile I would say your qualities do in no way match mine, but that does not mean you are of lower quality, just that you have a different focus on where quality lays. Quality is subjective and focused and it is very easy to over look some qualities while focusing on others.

I get what Blindman is saying. We all want quality people... so if my profile said I wanted to get a quality shag.. I may or may not mean a Persian rug... so you must look for meaning in the words by way of the context of that particular profile. The word is basically superfluous, except that it provides the reader with connotations about the person who has written them. If those connotations, in the context of the profile, bring you to an understanding, then you could be the person the profile is seeking to attract. But then, profiles say a lot of things. They're really just a shopfront to make a sale [or drive them away in some cases]. Despite the profile wording, there's still work to do before tender skin touches goose bumped skin. HugsGazpacho

As others have stated, "quality" can mean different things to different people. My version of quality may be miles away from your version of quality. It's all open to interpretation. The same goes for "Like-minded". I have lost count of the number of profiles I have read, where the author gives little or no information about themselves, yet state they are looking for "like-minded" people. Wtf??

I so got a zen feeling when I was reading that..are you sure you are not a " sexual sensai" ? Ms Elle - you indeed have got me there.. Ive used the "like minded" yada yada. If I see it in someones profile , my initial thought is they are giving "hidden" message that before I even think to send a message, am I up to standard of at least their pics because like I said words are somewhat meaningless if visually you wouldnt get past first base. We are essentially visual creatures . Most stats will tell you looks on first basis are what most people will base their first judgement on you. In a place like RHP time is less a commodity then if you were at a pub and managed to bump into someone and try to capture their attention. You'd have more chance there then in here where it takes a nano second to hit the "next" button to view the next profile. It's why some guys will say they have more chance at a pub to get a girl then in here..they haven't advertised themselves in such a way it will grab attention. Is it a "quality" profile that makes you stop and think .."hey I need to look further" at this profile? Usually not..just better advertising ...

So the best reference to think as an example..... All the delicious looking Quality Frozen Pizzas in the isles at the local supermarket. Apologies to any who feel tense from calling that cardboard gunk, pizza. It is written on the box and shows a picture of something to the likes for the hook. Popeye fell for olive oil. Quality means someone who is genuine, has respect and who doesn't play games... Who knows what they want and doesn't pretend to be someone else just to get laid. Quality = not a loser lol unfortunately RHP is full of guys who think us women are naive enough to believe the yarns they spin in their profiles/messages and the word quality is used like a fancy hat that you take off and throw in the corner... along with your underpants :P - Posted from rhpmobile

Quality is also having a scene of style. I go weak at the knees for a woman with style, what they wear, how they accessorize, how they wear make up, the way they walk and hold them selves. It only takes seconds to see quality in style, some have it and some have not. Quality style is a very rare commodity indeed.

Quality - the standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind; the degree of excellence of something. In the absence of a written definition within a profile, I guess the reader can gauge the level of quality sought by reviewing the information contained within the profile and make an educated guess. But in general perhaps people write "only after quality people" assuming that "swingers" as a collective have standards that define a lack of quality as being: 1. Unhygienic2. Rude / impolite3. Unkept4. Agressive or too forward 5. Unable to maintain discretion But I guess at the end of the day an individuals perception of quality is as subjective as their perception of attractiveness.
