Yep. Well you could try some dirty butt sex. :p Achange is as good as a holiday! ok... Well might I suggest you resist the temptation to pound away and be less concerned about your own jizzplosion and instead just concentrate on seeing to your partner's satisfaction. Go ahead and mix it up a bit.... Try some fisting hehe. If you don't blow this time, there's really no issue is there? Hugs Stalky

... maybe??? "Pounding away for hours" - sheesssh that would be so frustrating for you. I'm usually "feeling it" after a few minutes. Could be time to "chill out" or "work out", whatever works best for you. Good luck - hope it resolves itself soon xx

Look at what else is going on in your life right now. Tired? Stressed? Worried? Health issues? They will all impact on the ability to orgasm. It is no big deal anyway. The orgasm is only the icing on the cake. There is much much more than just that.

I'll admit it. I've had it happen to me. Follow the above advice is my advice. Turned out for me to be 'other issue' stress that made me focus on my orgasm like it was something i needed to tick off a check list and my mind seem to be else where i'll doing the do. I worked through the 'other issues' made a few changes and exercising regularly really helped. I got back into focusing on her and teasing and turning her on. Everything got back to orgamsic in no time. Good luck

Poor thing OP. I get that this can be very frustrating for the men folk. For me, it's not an issue at all whether I climax, my partner climaxes or neither. For me anyway, it's all about the journey, not the destination...cliche I know, but in this case, at least for me, very true.Start piling on the pressure to climax and the likelihood is that you won't...change your focus and the rest should sort itself out.xx

...taking any sort of anti-depressants in either the SSRI/SNRI category, do you? These days, depression is a common diagnosis albeit sometimes right and sometimes not so right. If that's the case, I'll explain the question...and if not, I won't bother burning the bandwidth. | You just made a few guys that pop too soon very envious.

Or to get things moving for you, you could get a dick caught up the back of your throat. Works for me. Anti depressants... one potential side effect is a flaccid dick. If you were depressed before, let's see how you go when your wood's no good. Stupid medical scientists. Hugs Stalky

Well I don't have a penis LOL but I have had times where I can get oh so close but it wont happen, so frustrating!!! I believe medications and your mental state have the most to do with it!! I can imagine your very frustrated by this but can I say any partner will probably be in heaven with a person that can go and go and go....... oh yeah

No but close...they can cause a "Delayed Male Ejaculatory Response" and some less than ethical shrinks will prescribe them for guys that are popping their rocks way too fast. Now that...is a head fuck. | However....the upside is there is nothing contraindicated if you happen to be on the anti-depressants and can pull it long and hard, then get your friendly neighborhood GP to write you a script for Cialis. | Better living...through chemistry!

Not not picking here just passing on my first hand observations... Antidepressants that fiddle with seretonins can cause ED. Trust me, I know this to be a fact. Hehe. Seretonins can inhibit N.O. from relaxing the arteries to the old fella. For a sex addict there is nearly nothing more depressing that one can imagine. Tonightlive, I never questioned whether your wood was good. I appreciate your frustration in not cumming also. Yep, the answer is more partners hehe... Get to a point of knee knocking sensory overload. That's where we wanna be! Hugs Stalky

medication? i have recently started taking anti-depressants and i have the same issue, although it is kind of frustrating, i know that the lady loves it because i can just keep going all night with just a short breather every now and then....so whilst it is a tad frustrating, just take pleasure in knowing that you're lady is loving it....can you cum if she give you really good head? or if you give yourself really good head? i mean... if you wank?

...of one of the most frequently prescribed SSRIs on the market. || Potential Sexual Side Effects - Men taking Effexor XR may experience delayed ejaculation. Studies have shown, however, that only about 3% of people taking Effexor XR for depression experienced decreased sexual desire. | I didn't put the bold in there on purpose, it's just how it came out when I cut/pasted from the website. There are further notes there that indicate that the percentage is fairly high hence not numerically illustrated. I am so glad that only 3% have decreased desire...that alone could cause depression. | There is indeed a sidebar note in there too about causing erectile dysfunction and putting the old boy to sleep, but that was a very small number similar to the one here. If you move to the "Z" drugs it's similar and things like the relatively new Cymbalta, one of the SNRIs are slightly less, but for whatever reason seem to help with anxiety too so perhaps there is a link. | Food for thought...always feeds a healthy mind.
