  We have stayed at Elements of Byron. The resort itself has beach access. We would then grab our chairs and esky and walk the 2km north along the beach until you reach the southern end of Tygarah Beach ( the legal nude beach).
  We would then set up there and walk home clothed afterwards. Fun times.
  I doubt you will find exactly what you are looking for.

  There is actually very little in Byron in the way of nudist accommodation that i have found and believe me I've looked but there is a nude bnb not far from tyagarah and its an absolutely amazing place. The host is Debbie and while she is a nudist herself apparently do not in anyway mention being a swinger of any kind as she will literally put you out the door but its a great place to stay.

  If you’re on the beach just be careful and stay between the designated nude markers, there was a local report of police fining people for being nude outside these areas. It was only a few years ago that they never had markers and you could walk the entire beach nude and set up where ever you wanted with no problems. How times have changed 🤬
