In my experience, most people know the end of the beach where the tents/shelters/wind breaks are, is not the playing end of the beach. It's the respectable end of the beach. I, of course, was always at the other end lol This guy may or may not have known the unwritten rules

Sadly, there are some people who think that nude public beaches are places to masturbate and get up to various lewd acts. Lewd & sexual acts, on a public nude/clothing optional beach, are actually against the law and punishable. Nudity, out in the great outdoors (at designated beaches / clothing optional resorts etc) is not about sex / sex acts, but rather about the liberating feeling of being nude, sunbathing nude, swimming nude. But some people just don't understand that and so make a nuisance of themselves, spoil it for others and if enough complaints are received / misconduct fines issued /arrests made, have resulted in the removal of the "clothing optional status " of said beach. We have been to a nudist beach (sunnyside ) just once. We took note of the fact that there were families, with children present (it is after all a public beach for all to enjoy ) . Yes, the families were in the nude, kids included. We also took note of the men lurking in the bushes / behind rocks/ in the dunes, masturbating, perving, stalking .... As we sat on our towels, minding our own business , several circled and approached us, erections in hands .....That was in January 2013. We never went back. - Posted from rhpmobile

There are a lot of wankers that go to nude beaches.Whenever I go with a female friend or 2, other guys approach and try to chat to my friend directly, whether she's a gf or not, (they don't know our relationship) or they chat to me about how hot she may be and just generally be crude about other women.Don't get me wrong, I am not a prude but.........I have also met some really nice people. I think its because of the rising popularity of dogging. There are many ppl on swingers/dogging forums telling others to just walk up and ask to join in. Its a family beach, and when we arrived there were families with young children. This guy had came from the dunes behind us, because I could see the rest of the beach from the tent. When we rebuffed him he went straight back up there. I will go back but will be more wary of where we pitch up. It was quite intimidating, kind of spoiled an otherwise good day.

My boyfriend and I were at the nude beach in Sydney last summer and we were in the water having a bit of a snog and cuddle and this older man, maybe 50's, swam up behind me and started touching my bum!!! I wasn't very happy. My boyfriend thought it was hilarious - no doubt he clocked this guy just before he coped a feel. I have had this attitude in the spa at swingers clubs too. I am lying in a tent with a male friend relaxing after catching some sun. We are in the " respectful" area. A guy appears and makes a rude comment. Complete stranger. To me its ill manners. I havent seen this behaviour before. And Ive been down a few times. We also waved to guy off RHP who smiled and waved as he passed when we recognised each other. He was respectful of peoples privacy at a nudist beach. The other guy wasnt. Couldnt be more simple. But if thats hard to understand then maybe Im just a bit more old fashioned when it comes to good manners and behaviour.

WTF , how dare anyone come up to you and make this assumption that anyone is fair game down there, ive seen all sorts down there and by that I means guys coming n going from the dunes and I must say its not just guys , ive seen girls and even couples going into the dunes as well, but ive also seen couples get frisky on the beach as well , covering yourself up with a towel but still seeing the movements doesn't leave much to the imagination, personally I just have a laugh and ignore them

We haven't encountered that before and have been going to nude beaches for 20 years. We have had perves lay on their towels and stare at my pussy and some guys lay their towel a bit close to us when they didn't need to but never been propositioned openly. We enjoy meeting people at the beach and understand that we will be looked at. Biggest worry we have is when phones appear and you don't know whether it is just texting or photos are being taken.

Unfortunately there are always Meerkats there. The other nude beach is a good distance away. He had an accent ( sounded German ) but that doesnt nean to say he was a visitor. Many Europeans live here. Tulips.....Ive never seen that here but the thought of sex with a complete stranger on a beach doesnt do anything for me. Apart from not knowing them, where had they just been and with whom? Hopefully it was a one off....I would certainly recognise him again even with clothes on.

but I do support their existence to cater for a sliver of the population who enjoy the freedom of being nude - say the sunworshippers. My reasons for not going are many but not relevant to this discussionj. Like any public space allocated and maintained by the council, rules and regulations are set in place for the safety and enjoyment of those who are truly into this lifestyle, regardless of age, race or social status. There are a couple of nude beaches near me and I have not really been to them. I like the thought that if I ever want to sun bathe in my birthday suit, I have a choice to go there and not fear for my safety. I encourage diversity and choice. The idea of 'sexual play' in such a public place, where kids can be exposed to it and in danger of the beaches ending to be a dogging site actually is disrespectful in my opinion. These callous acts and activities spits in the face of the law and safety of the majority of people who abide by the rules. In a previous thread on nude beaches, a few posters made good arguments on why they stopped going to nude beaches, due to harassment. I believe Mooche made strong, well thought out arguments why public play should not be condoned based on her experience. Salient points to ponder as we all enjoy this privilege. Quite educational points - as such acts just invites negative reputation, such as complaints and police attention, that the council deemed in a very dim light and as such, will put the nude beaches' reputation as unsavoury to the majority of the population, most of them conservative and prude. The privilege of should not be abused as the council can easily revoke the status of the nudist beach due to some selfish and self-centred action of a few. It is the truly sincere and dedicated practitioners of this lifestyle who suffer. For every action, there is a reaction. One may get away with one or a couple of occasions of indiscretion. However, all you need is a couple of incidences publicized in the local paper or worst online media, to give the council reason to close it down. now that would be unfortunate. Not very clever. It certainly may not affect the self-centred people but will affect the continuance of a dying lifestyle of true practitioners. One needs to ask, is it really worth the risk? Just my point of view.

My partner and I visit our nude beach as much as we can we really do love this life style were nude as much as we can, but of late are upset when we have visited our nude beach area only to find very little to no couples at all very rarely any females , and single men stalking like from dunes or waters edge to get a look at my boobs or what ever, and then when we join this group Rhp we found that there is basically a group on this site that promotes sex and bad behaviour on this nude beach area , I wish I could name and shame this group and all its members - Posted from rhpmobile
