  would be to be in control of your own penetrations the first few times. Start with small dildo or butt plug and insert at your own pace. Someone else inserting has no immediate feedback of the pain level and therefore your comfort.   My Douche regime. More like a colonic irrigation so i can get a longer play period and keeps a clean motor...... Good for 12 -24 hrs depending on your previous meals. A douche may be good for as little as a couple of hours. Depends on what you use but whatever it is, consistency is easy. Some use Sure shots which are connected to the plumbing but l use a bag so i can measure what goes in. For a deep clean i use 2 litres of warm water if im 4 hrs before a play. 1 litre if only a couple of hours. I lay on the bathroom floor NEAR the toilet. The higher the bag, the faster it goes in. Regulate the speed with the valve if you need. I leave the water in for 15 mins at least to disolve and loosen any old bits. But you may need to empty sooner. Lol. First few times you will be surprised what comes out. Even the odd candida plant if you have an infestation. You can lay there as long as you like, check pie, do some emails. As soon as you want to empty get up and on the toilet. Gravity takes over. No need to push. It will come. Sit for 10 mins or until you feel empty. There may be residual so dont go out shopping for a while. But go about your business around the house for few hours. Before you get ready for your meet, repeat the process with small amounts of water to flush the lower area until the emptying process runs clear. Im talking 100-200 ml of water each time. Fill and then hold for few minutes. You can even walk around the house with a load before emptying. When clear of brown water or mucus, you are good to go. But get to know your body. The deeper you clean the more chance of residual coming down at a very embarrasing moment. Give yourself time if going deep but you have a long period of a clean play on the field. Only use 1 lot of 1-2 litres so you dont strip out all the good bacteria from the top. After you finish its a good idea to relubricate the bottom shaft with some coconut oil on a small dildo all the way. A nice touch passed on by a former forumite, Meeka, is once you finished the lube, put a bit of honey on the dildo and insert. Then when someone is rimming you, the flavor will make them try harder to get their toungue deeper in your hole. Just dont try that with a bear....... Sorry for the longue post but thats what i do.
