Last year my only resolution was to have a good year. Tried thing like quit smoking etc.. in the past and it hadn't worked. So last year I had an interesting year, lots of low points but the few highs were awesome. I quit smoking which I hadn't planned and met someone who completes me. (corny but true) This new years I didn't really make any resolutions, but I do want to try to cut the people out of my life that use and abuse my friendship. No other wants, I've got everything a girl could dream of already. (you can all go and throw up now)

So my challenges to myself are 1)to put my creativity out into the world. It's January 12 and I am doing that in a couple of different ways and its feeling great. 2) to be kind to myself. I have stopped smoking as a first act of kindness, and as a second act of kindness, I have accepted the loving support offered by friends for me to achieve a dream. Its feeling like its going to be a great year! Cheers Wild

Well, I lasted four months but I finally broke my New Years Resolution of exercising regularly and eating healthy. My life-long love affair with McDonalds proved to great a temptation to resist forever.
