Trade winds is generally a trouble free venue with a huge courtyard and river views and accom for out of towners and just up the road from us lol,but the Universal bar in Northbridge is wicked too.

This sounds like a great idea. I'm sure we would be in too. The only option really, in Perth, as far as I know are the clubs. These are ok, but can feel a bit seedy, particularly to any new-comers. Good luck with numbers, but it looks pretty promising already, on here. XXXXXX S & K

How about some where central like maybe the Hogs Breath in Northbridge, dte, liscensed and plenty of food. The opportunity to be as loud or quiet as you like and plenty of options on what happens afterwards.

i would classify tradewinds as east freo not actually freo... which is not over run by crazy people and drongos!!... also a really nice bar has just opened on high street freo its called east end bar

there's a tidy swingers joint in east perth by mc Iver train station which use to be a gym and has a pool,sauna,cool facilities but an inconsistent crowd

It's going to help if people post... what, out of the ideas suggested here is good for them, not good, if they have a different suggestion or will they go wherever. From our point of view, we pass on Freo and surrounds and swingers joints. We do like Buddha's idea of the Hog's Breath in Northbridge which seems central and we can eat as well as drink. Googled 'The Pagoda' in Sth Pth mentioned by Adanini, it sounded possible. Googled The Universal Bar suggested by FREOMC40 too which sounded ok. Be waiting to hear others thoughts... Cheers... Mrs P'

How bout a beer garden with the option of eating in a restaurant??? Undercover with music, couches with an open fire and the choice of a stroll by the river? I will be making the booking at Hogs Breath this week.,, 2 nd sat in April...7:30pm start..dinner should run 2hrs? then we can go to a bar for drinks after.. forget the hotel. got a spare room here as i'm sure most Perthpeople do. you make the effort to get here and Perth hospitalitywill look after you.Sweet, you never been to Bullsbrook obviously. i live across a paddockfrom the RAAF base and have jets and turbo props flying overhead constantly.love the serenity. had a jet fly over at mach 3 so close i could see the rivitsin his body work. took all the crockery off the shelf. was fuckin awsome.wish i had a bike that fast.ahahahahahahaahajhahahahahahahahaEarl

Sweetie, me finkies the reason why there was not a get together previously arranged is coz Perth are already pretty active in the social scene, however, some are clicky and I can understand why some do not attend. Anyhoooo no criteria on how many can be had in Perth is there? lol...so well done on getting one together, and good luck on organising one, you will need ya wits, coz not everyone will be happy with location, dates etc. Just do it your way, and don't tear ya hair out or loose ya spirit, it can be a thankless task.Congrats to Bow for organining the eastern states one, I hope Sweetie has as much success.ps Sweetie if you don't like the idiots in Freo ya won't like the Northbridge ones. I suggest the Windsor at South Perth, still central, up market, and has a good atmosphere and a place to eat oooo and those into fornicating in public can do it on the foreshore looking at the luvly city lights hehehe. Lol thats were i was talking about earlier........ Great place!!! They might even rope of one of the private areas for us with a fire place n couches. Definitely love the Windsor over Northbridge. There is accommodation walking distance as well, if needed. SweetFrangapani
