  I suppose in order to get an accurate measurement, you would have measure along the top. I guess it is more accurate because it is the bit that can penetrate, as opposed to running it along the bottom, which some guys would end up measure to there ball sacks to get an extra inch or two.

  The most accepted way would be to measure from the pubic bone to the tip of the penis. By doing that' you get what you expect you should be getting' no dissappointment if it falls short of what you been told.. eg: if a guy says he's 7 inches and measures along the top' that's what you receive when penetration occurs.. If you measure from underneath' you can easyily gain a inch or 2 depending on how loose a mans bag is.. BUT you still only receive 7 inches even though he says he has 8 or 9.. So' realisticly' it should be measured along the top

  Take a tape measure lay it over the top and then double the result :)

  if you measure a cats tail you have to go from the arse to the tip.... so the same could apply

  It's never been an exact science around this website. I love how people always refer to cock size in terms of inches... when RHP inches are more wholesome compared side by side with imperial inch dick measurments. :pHugsstalky

  You know that's why woman can't park, don't you? Because guys have told them that this far (imagine holding hands close together) is 9 inches.
