I think you are on to something here Treatz, where is the equality? As an alternative you could also have: Tight, Snug, Loose and hand, lol. I recall being in chat room when someone stated girth should be universally measured by a toilet roll holder.If you can not fit it in a toilet roll ,you have a big girth.As for size well i think measurement was made by a man. Inches for the well hung. CM for average and MM for small men.No one likes to have a complex with what size they are that's why millimeters were made.

So what is wrong with using a ruler?
