Lived with a guy and another woman. we got on well it was bi play and we slept on either side of him. The other woman was his wife. But I was just passing through exploring things and it was short not long term thing. I would not mind at all , so any guys you know that are up for it let me know so long as they can mow a lawn and take out the rubbish.

But a close female friend of mine and her husband had a polyamorous relationship and they had a girlfriend move in with them, my friend also had a lover but he didn't live with them. The dynamic for them didn't work. The third tried very hard to create a wedge between the husband and wife and she succeeded in breaking up the marriage and the friendship with both of them that had been going on for 10 years prior to the triad developing. I think the idea sounds delicious. I would love to have both a man and a woman to play with at home, the issue I think is that the 'third' unless she/he has unshakable confidence, will always feel like an optional extra to the primary partnership and that would be very hard to deal with.

I broached the idea with my wife, for a second woman to join us. The look on her face alone rang alarm bells in my head and a letter from her lawyer ensued closely behind... I couldn't imagine the result had I mentioned that I actually had someone in mind! Anyway that someone was open to the idea, not so much now, more so a casual play friend (or two) these days.

Who would want to enter into a live-in relationship with a couple with the knowledge that he/she is totally disposable. You've also highlighted the reason why this set-up almost never works.

Especially those that have tried it. As I said, it's not ever something we would consider while the kids are at home and they are here for the long haul at the moment (probably longer than I'm anticipating!!) it's just a hot fantasy we chat about. I think it would be a more temporary thing if we ever did act on it, I personally don't like sharing my house with people, but think it would be hot to have a live in lover for a few months;) two guys at my sexual beck and call....oh the possibilities!

is basically a how to go about this,book...personally I think a relationship with a couple could definitely work if everyone was onthe same page...problems aarise when at least one person feels that they are not getting their needs met.Or if the primary focus is just sex.For me there would have to be an emotional ,intellectual and sexual connection...these arrangements gave worked for centuries'the French refer to them as menage a trois....but because they don't follow the traditional arrangement of man/woman most people I think would just refer to their "housemate" xx Freys

It was a nice balanced look at what can be possible, looking at the practical aspects as well as the romantic and sexual ones. I liked how it discusses how to deal with things like children and property as well. If you're not just looking at having a housemate, but an actual real partnership then these things are relevant. It's not as sexy as the superficial "yay, two people to fuck!" idea that most people don't explore past, but it's necessary if you actually want to make something like this work long-term.

I know theres an obvious answer but seriously what are you looking for in a FWB, surely the separation that not living together gives is part of the point ? Why would anyone want 2 wives/husbands rather than a Husband/wife plus a BF/GF or 2.

We did it. For a couple of years we had another guy living with us. It worked well (at times). Would we do it again? Probably not. Did our relationship suffer / get stronger. Neutral. Was it fun. Hell yeah.

Its just the same as being with one person you still have argument about the toothpaste and leaving dishes on the sink its bloody hard to share it takes a lot of compromise on everybody's part and good communication that being said, it can be a lot of fun to share your place with others. But its not a long term thing , though some stick at it even when it gets a bit tough. You cannot just thow a person away if after a while you get sick of fucking them, and you have them living with you in your home. there is a responsibility on your part to think before you invite someone into that life with a out clause if its not going to work. And making sure that the person can move on and out of your house with a place to go and not felt used and caste out. chev, if your 52 and you have two women living with you and they get jealous, wtf is that? your either not giving them what they want, not enough or your just a greedy prick being on here? what would you do if you had more sex? have a heart attack?

It all sounds so hot...having a live in lover & we must admit after having our housekeeper leave us to go overseas recently, to actually have a nanny housekeeper female for him for six months & a male for me for a further 6 months? We could explain to family about the female, but the male?? Dreaming..there would be issues. It's nice to dream anyway. Perhaps the live in housekeeper for him & a lawn mower man for me, that's a good compromise ha ha!

Tuscan --- Think about it there bi and I am the Master so if Isay you 2 have sex together as I watch then blow me ,they will.I have had up to 4 girls in a night but I don't have to have sex with all 4 but have done so every so often.Yes I do wish I was 25 again LMAO.

We tried it when Hubby had a good workmate move in for a while after a divorce. It didn't take long before hubby was sharing me with his friend and the two of them were fucking me heaps. When one wasn't in the mood I knew I could rely on the other to satisfy me. After a few months though the novelty wore off and we realized how much we were missing our "us" time together with another person in the house. Hubby's friend appreciated this and moved out. Were still good friends and he still has his fun with me on visits
