Mardi Gras in Sydney

Hello Sydney-siders! Just realised that we'll be in Sydney during the Mardi Gras weekend!! Pretty excited to check out the parade as it'll be our first. Any tips and suggestions on where and how to best watch the parade? On the sexy side of things, any suggestions on where we could go for a no pressure, meet-and-greet style place for the after party? Its the corner of Oxford St and Anzac Pde. The Supreme Court is on one corner.Good vantage point, as the parade comes up and turns there.They use to have an after party thing at the show grounds. Now this is from memory and will work if they haven't changed the route, which i doubt. If you are on the Supreme court side of Oxford St, you'll be on the otherside of the road from the shops. So getting water or a snack might be a challenge
