  I've often been complimented on my politeness and manners. It's a sweet thing to say, but it does highlight that such etiquette and general terms of behavior are becoming more and more rare. Perhaps we need to start a movement; Bringing Gentlemen Back?

  Totally agree here manners in men on this site is a rare find as is manners with the ladies!!I am not sure what it is about this site (OK granted it is predominately a sex site) but does that mean we dont need to be polite?? if i had a dollar for every message i got that bi passed all the general niceties and went straight to 'hi loved your profile want to meet?' (replace meet with fuck which is implied) then i could give Bill Gates a run for his money.I make an effort to reply to all messages and flirts and i try to always be polite (granted i am no saint and at times have been a little rude out of frustration) however i am definately more receptive to the guys who take the time to write a well thought out polite message and i only tend to meet with guys who show me general respect and manners after all it might be a sex site but that doesn't mean we are less human.Ladies do need to come to the party a bit more though and reciprocate manners when dealing with a nice guy, my poor hubby (who also has a profile on here) is a great guy, polite kind and generous (not to mention great in bed) and he has had so many bad experiences with women being rude, not replying, not showing up etc it really frustrates me so i get to see both sides of the story here and i agree we need to remember manners old fashioned as it may be good luck guys
