Lubrication and irritation.

January 23 2016

I ( Ms Hormones ) care to bring up a topic of sensitivity. The vagina and its delicate skin. I have found that the skin in my feminine zones becomes irritated if kissed by a face that has applied cosmetic/ perfume / aftershave. Although i value personal grooming, presentation, hygiene (mandatory) I feel awkward at times asking or expressing that another person omits the use of these or I have to otherwise forgoe getting head... (which to me is also mandatory to sex!) 😍 This often includes lube, some condom brands, refreshing towelettes ect ... I speak up to avoid the irritation ( and pay ) which would otherwise ruine the exchange but am curious if anyone else has found this to be an issue? If so. Do tell. It's also likely that- being a squirter, the friction of wet skin, aggravates this further if the sec sessions are long. Even then I have to be mindful to tell my partner to was that juice off as it to can be quite astringent to skin and would hate for them to get a rash ( and even think it's an STD 😔 Noooo) *As a note I have found that natural coconut oil is a magnificent lube substitute. In fact better than anything I have tried. It's oily but not greasy. Slippery and smooth. Fragrant without perfumes and makes anal sex 100% smoother ( with less reapplication. Try it ! - Posted from rhpmobile

In the Pacific Islands, the coconut tree us known as the tree of life. So many uses and products. The most versatile plant on the planet. Oil, cream, sugar, water, timber, fronds for roofing. Nothing wasted and enviromentally sustainable. Coconut oil. Shave with it, moisturise with it, cook with it and fuck with it. What's not to like👍

However if you suffer from skin irritation then explain it andbe polite plus give your reason.A good lover will always oblige to put you first and if he or she don't care then kick them to the curb.

I have super sensitive skin, so know that I need to ask someone to not use those kinds of products if we are going to be intimate. I see it as the same as asking someone to use condoms - a necessary evil. - Posted from rhpmobile

To look into the organic coconut oil as I definately get irritation if the man has shaved but may still have stubble....until things get all wet. Do you need to purchase at chemist, health food store? - Posted from rhpmobile

If you like it solid keep it chilled - fridge in summer, can avoid spills in the bedroom - and melts with body heat. Warm if you like it liquid. :-)

According to my good friend google, coconut oil shouldn't be used with latex condoms. So if you are using latex free ones you should be all good. - Posted from rhpmobile

Finally a nice thread ! Call me old fashioned but I've always used almond oil, I'll probably try coconut when I finish the bottle I have.

That would probably be good for people who dont like the smell of coconut, as the oil has a slight aroma. Almond oil would have no smell 50wetfigs? Although some ppl are alergic to nuts. Is coconut considered a nut I wonder? Off to google that.

Apparently coconut is a fruit so its ok for ppl with nut alergies

Quoting 'SuperFoxxxy' is a real bitch to wash out of the sheets *if used as a lubricant. Ms Foxy I find it no worse than the cum stains and the squirt stains. Perhaps the odd blood stain and the occasional other unmentionables............Actually the coconut marks are prob the least of my washing problems. LOL

Thank you to all those who have read and /or responded. I love that i came back her today to elaborate only to have found many of the comments already address what i wanted to add. such as play etiquette, allergies, (its a fruit! the things we learn on a sex site!!!!) its use with condoms and versatility of coconut oil. (BTW. i too was worried that my sheets may get oily stains - but haven't had an issue.Yes, in the fridge it is a solid and quickly turns liquid with body heat. I have read its good for hair/ dry scalp and as a moisturizer / massage oil (essential oils can me added for this) the fragrance is mild and reminds me of a tropical holiday - that's a mood maker in my books. It doesn't reduce the naturally delicious taste of skin, cock, pussy or leave a sticky residue; though the magic of google will lead you to "natural recipes' that adjust this. Coconut & cinnamon cock anyone? LMAO........ and speaking of taste - its great in cooking; savory, sweet, hot or cold! I suggest a designated jar for personal use to avoid the possibility of sex related contaminates flavoring the family meal. LOL If you try it and like it; enhance the life of your friends; recommend it. Now the down side : whenever you see an unattractive brown hairy coconut ball- you will think of sex.....Men; lets not get confused; your cock-o-nut balls are still best eaten smooth.... ;p

Chev, very unnessessary to make a statement that GenGuy aint getting as much as you. Yes we know you are the great pussy whisperer and now the lesbian and virgin whisperer. Youve told us. Trophy is on its way. As for aftershave? Men, please give it to your dads, as there is nothing worse than kissing and nibbling along a jaw line and across a neck... Only to have that horrid, bitter taste of aftershave in your mouth. Yuk. Yes use cologne or deoderant. Just leave the face alone!! Plus as genguy said, its not good for facial skin. Use coconut oil or similar and moisturise so you dont end up with that leatherised look when you get older

try grape-seed oil as well, it is my preferred massage oil followed closely by de-scented coconut oil.
