Lotus Lounge - Is it reopening?

  Never got around to visiting Lotus Lounge, but only ever heard fantastic things about the place. I'm pretty sure they used to be RHP Members, perhaps do a member search and send them a message?

  Would love to see the return of Lotus downstairs......Probably just wishful thinking...... From what i hear direct from the source, it is being thought about, there is a small window of possiblity it may return....in the same place or new....hard to say..... Spent many a Fri & Sat night there......

  Hi FolksIm very new to this. Any one wanna be my freind.Very lonely since the wife left and took my son.Now shes planning to take half my house and super too. :(

  Lotus our Fav has closed sadly , oh so so so many good times there ! I have read the report into Lotus closing as well , and yes there are a lot of rules that the council apply to swingers clubs which have it seems obviously created havoc for the good people that ran the club. If you get you hands on the report (search its easy to find) you will see Lotus DID NOT do anything WRONG in regards to safety of its members etc the problems were with neighbours etc it zoning uses etc. There are a whole stack of silly things listed that people had complained about like noise from people coming and going ......... which I kinda think is hillarious because I have watched a stack of people walk in and out if anything they were absplutely discreet and in fact down right secretive ! No one was yelling "HEY ALL WE ARE OFF TO FUCK STRANGERS WOOOT WOOOT !" Also large numbers of people coming and going from the premises ......lol people complained the place was too quiet !!!!!!! Any way sadly they are gone I hear on the grape vine there maybe another club in Sydney opening ........ oh Brae has his sniffy little nose to the ground ! BUT to be aware my swinging friends also the Couples clubs is under investigation a report has said and a general looking into all clubs is on .......OH dear where oh where will we get our funk on ????? Brae ........... the knower of sexy stuff !

  It's really quite simple in my opinion. Sometimes you have to ask "What were they thinking?" The premises were adjoining residential development and is therefore is inappropriate in a town planning sense. Really, that's a given. By comparison, Aarows in Rydelmere premises is surrounded by industrial sites with residential much further away. The Parramatta Council has a much more difficult task in refusing it, I would have thought.HugsStalky
