This topic would have been better handled in SWB but you asked...... . Try doing your pelvic floor exersizes. These are exersizes that we all should be doing anyway or else we end up with a prolapse in later life. Personally I have seen what they do to a cow with a prolapsed uterus and there is NO WAY it is ever going to happen to me! If any group of muscles is not used, they do not function properly and the pelvic floor muscles are no different to any other. The next time you pee, try stopping midstream. This should be easy. Also insert a finger into your vagina and squeeze the muscles. Clench and release. Can you feel that? Another thing is to head to the gym and work on the core strength. It is amazing what good core strength does for a woman's body. I have no problems handling the more well endowed boys and I also have no problems (or complaints) handling the less well endowed. I have also given birth a time or three as well. It is all about maintaining our bodies. It is vital for every woman to keep up the pelvic floor exersizes....FOR LIFE!

Following on from what fionabee said. I sprained my ankle at a martial arts class and went to a pilates class once they held at the same place instead while I recovered. Just once. I was not comfortable at all. All women, I was the only man, and they went on and on about this pelvic floor muscle business. So if you want to tone up with some group exercise as well as solve your little problem there as per fionabee's advice- I'm no woman but I can recommend pilates classes for going to town on the pelvic floor business.
