Lift Loves and Train Girls

Years ago my BFF and I were enjoying a Girls Night Out on the town, when a guy approach my friend and declared she was his ‘Train Girl’. Well as you could imagine my BFF was stoked. The other day I first heard the term ‘Lift Love’ and realised my Husband suffers from this ailment. He falls in love every day, whether it be with the girl serving him coffee or the girl in the car beside him at the traffic lights. The depressing thing is I don’t suffer either of these; the long term love from a distance or the instantaneous fleeting love. Is this a guy thing? And if so are you a long term distant lover or a lift lover?

Yep' that sounds like me.. I fall in love all the time even though most of it is only fleeting... Mrs JJ says I ask for it most the time because I always smile when a girl gets my attention.. But what am I suppose to do when a pretty girl is smiling at you first ? Yep' just fall in love for that short moment.. No harm in that is there? lol

I can give my condition a name.Mr JJ - I completely understand your dilemma, of course you have to be nice and smile, why NOT smile at each other? You can't help it if they smile back because they're secretly falling in love with their train guy ...

I finally have a name for it too! That train girl who I was infatuated with for months... sigh. Only problem is that you either never approach them (unrequited train love?) or you do and they speak and ruin it all! LOL

A Friend of mine from Melbourne said that the Metlink Publish a Paper/Mag... with a type of Classifieds in it which people can txt or email in to regarding someone they have seen on the train to try to get their Attention...... anyone know what I'm on about? I recon it's a fantastic Idea need that over here in the West.....
