Firstly, thank you wiccan for your threads here. It has made all of us think about how to reply to yours and enjoy the ongoing replies. I haver been much into forums but, since replying to these ones, I am finding myself really enjoying them. Once again, thank you, xxx. I'll live, to cut a long story short, Iv'e been off work for about 5 months with a foot injuryrelated to low bone density, it was almost 100%but I was at the farm last sunday mustering sheepand had a stack off the mx bike. Feels like I've stuffed the jointsin my toes of the bad foot, got a big bruise up the side ofmy foot, and all these black rings around the joints of my toes.and a gash up my right shin. So not real mobile again now and wondering if I'm ever going back to work.Not game to go back to the Gp or specialist, I'm thinking theywill want to shoot me, for riding.Anyway that's life, 2012 has been one to forget so far.Nothing compared to the Jmans problems though.Cheers Felonious

Felonious, thanks for the concern but your condition seems somewhat more accute than mine at the moment. I've gotta tell you, there's always someone who's worse off. A few years ago, I was falling into a deep depression because of the constant pain and the fact that, despite actually clinical proof of my injury, there were still those in the hierarchy at work who believed I was putting it on. While this as going on, a workmate was developing headaches. He didn't give them much thought in the beginning but they persisted. A tumor was found. It was benign and they removed as much as they could but they couldn't get it all. It grew back, within a year, and killed him. He worked, supporting his family, right up to the point where he needed to be hospitalised and he passed a couple of weeks later. In all his time at work, he never complained and he never slacked off. I have many such stories, a trucker with emphysema, a courier who took two weeks off to have surgery on the vertabrae in his neck and then back to work, it seems that everyone has their own tribulations. My pain can be managed and I've been off the morphine patches since they injected cortisone between my facet joints and stopped using my stick. If I take care, it may not get any worse. If it does get worse they can go in and shave away some of the disc. I'm not the man I was but I'm a long way from being a corpse and even now, Jenny's ex is still scared of me. Life's still good. Look after yourself, my friend.

Made you laugh - A true story about a lady who decided to wax her hoohaa (her words) with cold wax strips and managed to not only rip the strip off and left the hair AND wax there, but stuck her hoohaa together and then managed to stick herself to the bottom of her bathtub. Wiccan - I get on RHP just to check your latest post! I love them..... Something that made me laugh - my hubby n 3 kids all in the kitchen together this morning just enjoying each others company and laughing. Annoyed me - being made to feel that I'm there for so many friends, but they don't seem to be there for me when I need to debrief over life - whine whine whine ...... Made me feel loved - my husband and I singing a silly love song in the car.... Something on my mind I'm looking forward to this month - skydiving at the end of this month and a pub crawl with close friends.... Something I'm not looking forward too - scared shitless of jumping out of a plane lol

The Story about the Young Chinese Couple who thought laying beside eachother and the odours they gave Off would make her Pregnant I shared that True story on another Topic he!he! Plus some of the Replies from the Guys on the Forum.. Annoyed Me ..I rarely get in that mood too Negative ..Tho I had to remind My Cat to sit wait at the door instead of using his claws on it.
