Ladies thoughts on facial hair and mustaches

February 05 2010

Ladies what are you attracted to in terms of facial hair? does facial hair make a difference? is it a turn on? turn off? how about mustaches? creepy or cool? I grow one from time to time as a goof and always end up meeting a lot of women but then I have to wonder if they only see me as mustache guy lol. Let's hear it ladies

I grew a moustache for Movember. It made me feel dirty... and even I'll admit that's not easy.   Hugs Stalky

Personally, facial hair bothers the bejeezus outta me....whats the go with damn hormones? As if women don't have enough to contend with we have to put up with the hormonal heebeejeebies the harbinger of random growths springing up in areas previously nakie! I'm donating my ovaries to the writer of this post and see how he likes it....

I love them as long as they are well kept, clean & tidy.   My husband has a goatee & mustache I love the feel of it on my pussy...Yum   The key to maintaining soft facial hair is to keep it conditioned & well trimmed at all times. I've found well kept soft facial hair of any sort doesn't irritate my skin, where as stubble will give me a sore red chin for days... not a good look.     No wild man from Borneo, bird nest falling from a chin for me, you never know what left over food is stuck inside.     Shell

It's common sense that facial hair has no place on a woman other then the ones in the circus... but some women prefer a more rugged man. I don't mean grizzly adams. I mean some scruff (which I usually rock) Mo's are novelty for me but i have definitely noticed a fair bit of women that were crazy for them. I personally think they look dirty and so having one was more of an experiment. when i continued to get women it was confusing and so I wanted to hear what you all think. this is for the guys too. share your experience with having vs not having scruff and/or a mo

If "I" have to shave so does he! lolNot really into hairy blokes and moustaches are a big turn off for me (sometimes you can still see the crumbs from breakfast there!).  A bit of designer stubble of some guys is very sexy though... Clean shaven though - where i can lick and touch without cutting my tongue and fingers on shards of hair - is the best. I spend ages buffing, shaving, plucking, smoothing, moisturising etc so that i look great, feel great and smell great - and i don't think it is too much to ask that my sexual partners do the same for me.

I agree with you msamoureux..if I can spend in excess of an hour shaving, waxing, tweezing, moisturising then I do not think it is a big ask for a lovely smooth face to kiss...   I do not like any facial hair, mo's or beards...and on some men they can be very ageing..but each to their own..some men like hairy legs and underarms on women too..as for women's facial hair - ex Catholic girl here taught by nuns - enough said.   Cait Sidhe

LOL Myname..."random regrowths springing up"...I always find them when sitting in the car waiting for traffic lights ...a quick look in the  the rear view mirror....the sheer HORROR that everyone can see it...the panic for the tweezers....pmsl...   Nahhh...not a big fan of the "mo on it's own". Flashbacks of Magnum PI come to mind.  Don't mind it when it has a goatee to keep it company though.   Now sculptured goatees...mmmmmm   Jx

I am not a fan of the solo mo. It is very dated and lacks style. However, I do love a well-maintained, sharp looking goatee on a man who has good strong hair growth (not patchy) and who  knows how to groom it.   It looks masculine, funky and very hot. My ex had a goatee and was always disappointed when he had a mad moment and shaved it all off for a laugh.   Hell, it used to be my job to trim and shape the ol' goatee. I miss it. Oh, and him. LOL.     Joanna

I sport a ziff.....I think its called....I little triangular "map of tassie" under my bottom lip.....   I have shaved it off once or twice to horrified reactions of friends and family.....I must be one ugly dude cos they look mortified when that slight change is made and my whole face is revealed ! lol   Grow it bacK ! Grow it back ! lol   Its azziff it's a part of me now (I suppose it IS a part of me really) ... find myself toying with it when I am thinking about sex......I see girls doing the same thing with their hair ?   It's also a way to have facial hair that isn't too overwhelming for kissing and other things but still show a little bit of style....   After all, a little bit of style goes a long way doesn't it ?   DoggyStyle.

the facial-hair question really is quite subjective - it suits some people very well, and others... it just doesn't. full (Santa/Dumbledore/hippie)beards are a complete and utter turn-OFF for me, even if it was George Clooney. hm okay maybe George can have an exception, but anyone else, please please don't do it.  i'm with Joanna on the Mo-question as well - they are either extremely old-fashioned, or a silly Dennis Lillee metro-sexual fashion-statement throwback to the 80s, especially on anyone under 40. above that age i go on a case-by-case basis ;)personally i prefer clean-shaven or a goatee (or a 'ziff' as Doggy called it, though that's a new word to me), but i also don't mind anything from a 5-o'clock shadow to 2-3 days worth of stubble. the tactile contrast between rough and smooth from one day to the next tends to really knock my socks off, especially if paired with a nice after-shave... ;)lv blinky xx

I love it.... neat and tidy.  I don't like the Father Christmas look and I don't like the beard growing beyond the jawline.  I also like a hairy chest.... oh heaven!!!!!  Running my fingers through chest hair and I like the feel of it on my face.    Mrs D

we prefer seppos ;) customer 69- like your style and i guess as assumed there is no hard answer. sexy is a very individual thing that can't be simply described with facial hair vs none. Nothing beats meeting a person in the flesh... mucho thanks to everyone for your insight... hope to see some of you in the flesh soon. I'll let you be the judge when we connect dave
