  The surgical instruments you are looking for are called "urethral sounds". The cheapest are available online in the US but watch the postage costs if you buy this way. My personal recommendation would be to get rosebud sounds as these are the easiest to use. You will need surgical lubricant (surgilube is one brand) as supermarket lubes aren't good enough.Use lots of lube, go easy to start and don' t force anything.   They along with other surgical instruments - like speculums etc are available from two sydney sex shops .. the house of fettish stocks them as does the hard core shop accross the road .

  Seriously, I put a target on the wall and I keep a little ceramic toothpick holder in the bathroom.
