but i just could not fit a kidnap in as i had other commitments I would be very cautious about this, it sounds fun and all, but like Mado says, you could be in a world of hurt and pain before you got the chance to explain what was going on. Also, I think public nudity definitely is illegal, so there's a grey area there...

Go ahead, as long as you don't mind peering into the nasty end of a Glock or Remington pump action shotgun...... Look at it this way Mr Big - every time something unusual happens on the street you can guarantee one or more of the following will happen: 1. It will be recorded either on CCTV or someone's phone; 2. It will end up on YouTube; and/or 3. Depending on what the 'incident' is, the cops will be on your hammer quick smart. With the circumstance you describe, I don't think the rozzers would politely enquire why you have a hog tied naked woman in the back. However, suspect you may get in trouble with her in the back of the ute with no seat belt on, could cover her in a tarp as long as she promised not to move, could still be dangerous if some idiot runs into you though, could throw her in the back seat if you have one, or have to put her in the front seat with seat belt & blind fold or bag over the head, which could work if you have tinted windows, and as long as you don't get pulled over for speeding, or stopped at RBT, which would be very interesting and would love to hear the outcome. Would be fun if it was all arranged and safe, but that type of role play is dangerous. Naked in the back of the UTE.. WTF even after you explain it to the cops, if they happen to see, you are still breaking several laws. What if the neighbors see and call the cops. You suddenly become part of a man hunt. It would only work if all were in on the game, which kind of messes about with the role playing. But all to their own. I hope you really trust the person that you play that type of game with.

Disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer. As far as I understand, a person cannot give consent to their own kidnapping. And cannot give consent to physical abuse (manhandling etc). So you can still be charged, put on trial and found guilty. And IF you can prove consent -the judge MAY take it into account when sentencing.

But yes use extreme caution Cover your ass by geting her to type a letter saying its what she wants second photo her holding the letter with a smile in her home. When these are in a safe place go for it you have covered your ass. Woops also a word to say no stop a safety word for her and you and have this also typed in the letter. I have done this 8 times over the years and the second time I had to go to court I learned the hard way to get that letter. Oh charges were dropped but it took hours LOL

Writing, photos, evidence....... it all means shit if she simply claims you forced her to write it/photo evidence it.... under duress. The fantasy is fine..... but there are better ways to carry it out within a home.
