  On the computer above the forum ie above this post there is a My Forum tab. When you click on this it shows your forums and ones that you have followed.

  I saw a reply earlier but the topic seems to have disappeared since then? That helped me decide the easiest way to keep track was simply to bookmark topics I reply to, I don't want to follow all the replies on my home stream but would like to be able to refer back to replies is all.
