Some of those issues sound like they are more to do with respecting other people and honesty. With out being pushy people should be upfront about what they want and what they will give. You know, we learnt VERY early on to ask lots and lots and lots of questions. This avoids awkward situations for the most part. Know everything you can about each other before you are intimate. If someone gets offended because you asked about cocks size, tough noogies.
