  Absolutely! For me, the more times I can reach the brink of climax then stop (or ride the wave as I like to call it), the harder I climax when I let myself. Also, the longer the cognitive foreplay, the better the climax becomes for sure.But the harder I climax, the louder I am - and that is not a happy thing for me.   My orgasms when I am with someone are so much stronger than when I'm by myself, and not only because of foreplay and taking more time. The fact that all five of my senses are engaged, rather than just two or three, makes a huge difference.
