...about a glimmering, ivory castle on an island that floats around the world? A place where peaceful, spiritual people can escape the modern world forever.

Great post OP Im voracious reader, but to write.......hmmmmmm - thinking Id write my autobiography- cause it contains all the elements There was a great love story - definitely explicit sex - some thrills, and believe me Ive lived thru some major life events that have shaped this world so yeah..could be of interest for someone stuck in an airport lounge with a 16 hour flight delay God knows the past few years are a story within it self... However Chapter 22 - Titled "Yet another boring Saturday nite at home, dvding , on RHP, sipping a red, after a lovely day at the beach" will not exactly tug at your heartstrings... you may want to skip that chapter............... Just waiting on that happy ending to write itself

Wow you've already written it twice!!Mine would be about spaghetti that wants to be railway tracks when it grows up. The sad thing is my spaghetti does not understand the Mohs hardness scaleIt's a tragedy with too much tomato sauce.

Already got a flow chart laid out for the answer to global warming, famine, immigration, and world peace. It shows the counter-productive hold religion has on the hope the world has for a better future, or a future at all. It will take the power from politicians, and hand it to the people. It will leave no room for bullshit, corruption or ignorance..., and expose those who seek to opress, or influence by fear, greed, or hate. It starts with one man asking a question...and have the soul of every one of us vibrating to a collective purpose...and reveal itself to be the simplest of answers. Purity, Honesty, Love and Trust. It'll take a bit of heat off Assange, anyway. Just shopping for a publishing deal that comes with diplomatic immunity.... Any takers?? - Posted from rhpmobile

but they made me promise that I wouldn't But more seriously, I've often contemplated writting a story loosely based on my time in the bush. Although I understand the romantic idea city people have about the bush, the reality is very different. Still, maybe, one day.......

I write to myself, I write to get over, hurt, pain, frustration and sadness and erotic fantasy sometimes, but not all peaces are for every body’s eyes. I shared one peace with you all. There is so much written already on all this subjects. I would think what could I contribute to it? I want to make people happy, positive see that there is not only bad around us, I can do this through speaking already. Some of us could write a book on grief, love and family stories. Everybody has a story to tell and I find it fascinating to listen to these stories, to find out why a person is how she/ he is. Books are fascinating, admiration from me who ever writes one.

One started, one in planning stages...First is a book on my career, photo history, and the stories that go along with each client Ive worked with.Second is a technical manual on how to do my job, the secrets, the innovative ideas, technical data, theories, etc... basically a 'how to DIY'.I don't really do the 'fantasy' thing.

I have a short attention span so I can only write short stories. I have a collection that I have been challenged to put into a book complete with drawings or photos. I have made 2 copies so far. Though I sometimes think I would like to the stories to be linked and have the over-arching theme the sexual explorations of a 40+ woman who finds herself single. RHP would definitely rate a mention.

On the prompting of my lifetime mate suggesting a personal biography. This is something l never ever thought l could or would do. So l began to write about my life as l remember it. Starting with my earliest memory of my childhood. Once l started to write l was amazed how much began to pour out.. ending up with 11 chapters and not yet in my teens.. That was about 18 months ago and not done anymore since. A good read for family and friends only, but a great buzz remembering things l thought were gone forever..

...and something I've thought of already, perhaps more like a thesis submitted to a university. Observations and personal opinions about the changes in the dynamics of male/female relationships over the last decade with a view to perhaps our more desensitization to the human element in a world now so driven my social media and mass communication that forms a more singular and less personal opinion of the amazing world around us and all of the people we meet.Of course it would be slanted toward the humorous side of our lives...if we can't laugh with each other or at ourselves, it will be a sad world indeed.Sex will at least get a...'slight mention', ten chapters should do.

A biography of my nanna and her life as a project for school, mum used to take me to her house and I would record her on a tape recorder and go home and write it out. After The teacher gave it back graded I kept doing it for a little while as some of her stories were fascinating and her razor sharp wit really made the stories come to life. Unfortunately never did get to finish it and it all got lost when moving house. When visiting her in the nursing home we often talk about it but she gets really tired quickly these days so visits are usually very brief.

I've been tinkering with writing fiction for the past twenty or so years. Problem I suppose is with today's life, the kind of magnum opus I want to actually write is hard to get off the ground.I generally write 'epic' sort of adventures set in fantasy worlds- I've done a few sci-fi universes before, but I'm starting to lean more towards fantasy writing nowadays- although I prefer to do post-Renaissance stuff rather than classic knights-and-castles, etc.

My story of the last 3 years or so, and how I've achieved something I've been chasing for most of my life. Hopefully it would inspire, at least just a little..

1) would be a true story about my life so far, ill write that between now and 40. 2) is currently half finished, it's a book on kayak fishing of all things, safety tips, spots to fish, how to's, what gear to use, it's going to be quite basic but filled with heaps of pics. It will be a great book to follow up the DVD I'm producing over the next 18-24 months.

Being an unabashed nerd I write sifi. Though never published, or attempted too, its the process that is the fun for me. Apart from that I have written many published computer games, which in a sense is a form of story telling. But then I go cute and cuddly with with humor, (dry at times). But its just fun to be creative.
