That everyone had to go and copy the Style, first rap song, put it on video clip with some tweeked up sound effects, call themselves rappers. Bloody yanks come to Australia to find the Talents The good old days, Wingman, Far and few between now. Always came home for dinner if Tara wasn't with me, in that there are some hecks of stories. Newcastle, the Farriss boys grew up. (Local lads) Made it to Wimbledon, smartly it was recorded and filmed in surround sound analogue, can't beat that, they did not know that at the time, felt under-pay'd actually, now they don't. he he Hallucinate Desegregate Mediate AlleviateTry not to hate Love your mate Don't suffocate On your own hateDesignate You love as fate A one world state As human freightThe number eight A white black state A gentle trait The broken crateA heavy weight Or just too late Like pretty Kate Has sex ornateNow devastate Appreciate Depreciate FabricateEmulate The truth dilate Special date The animal we ateGuilt debate The edge serrate A better rate The youth irateDeliberate Fascinate Deviate ReinstateLiberate Too moderate Recreate Or detonateAnnihilate Atomic fate Mediate Clear the slateActivate Now radiate A perfect state Food on plateGravitate The earth's own weight Designate Your love as fateAt ninety-eight We all rotateHallucinate Desegregate Mediate AlleviateTry not to hate Love your mate Don't suffocate On your own hateDesignate Your love as fate A one world state As human freightThe number eight A white black state A gentle trait The broken crateA heavy weight Or just too late Like pretty Kate Has sex ornateNow devastate Appreciate Depreciate FabricateEmulate The truth dilate Special date The animals we ateGuilt debate The edge serrate A better rate The youth irateDeliberate Fascinate Deviate ReinstateLiberate Liberate Liberate Liberate Songwriters FARRISS, ANDREW CHARLES Mado Tara xx

At the Capitol Theatre with a girlfriend. I was 16 and my 17 yo sister was having a party in the unit she shared with her boyfriend so after the concert we went over to her place to join the party, a lot of wild antics going on....some massive muscle man picked me up and threw me in the pool.......neighbors complained so we moved the party to my place as the parents were away...........nearly lost my virginity to Mr muscleman that night but it just didn't fit!!

Way back in 1983 we had gone to the Gold Coast( nearly pre schoolies) and managed some how in our drunken stupor to see them live at a pub. They were just kicking off and from what I remember were impressive even then. Can't wait to watch the series.........looks great.

Been to so many concerts, I can't remember most of them. Not because I was drunk, by the way, but because I was sooo in the moment feeling blown away that I walk away gobsmacked. One of my best memories was a 5 min crowd surf at the big day out one year. A personal best!

Selina's at Coogee bay, the Hordern Pavilion, the Bondi lifesaver in Sydney. The Playroom and the Patch in Qld all great places and the best bands played there. To me the venues were the draw card

Was back in the early to mid eighties at a leagues Club here in Sydney. Two things I always remember from that night were that we were close enough to the stage that Michael took a drink of water from the jug then through the remaining water over the hot jumping crowd. .. was very happy to have gotten splashed by what we considered to be Holy water. Then at the very end of the night much later as we were leaving out the back of the club there was Gary Beer's leaving in his datsun 120 y complete with baby seat in the back happily waving to us as he headed for home. Limos.stadiums and mega success just around the corner. Never tear us apart wasn't on the set list back then but my first original fave of mine " black and white" sounded awesome. .

INXS were my favourite band of all time. Sure we all had our crushes on the Bay City Rollers (OMG showing my age here), and ABBA and Sherbet, but then as we matured there was a sexy new Aussie band new on the scene. I can remember I was doing my HSC and our local club had one of the now many famous bands play every Thursday night. 5 bucks a ticket, a generous crowd but not huge, dancing on the dance floor until those sexy moves of Michaels just left you gobsmacked and staring, drooling, daydreaming about getting it on with him, till you snapped out of it and began dancing again. He had charisma and a natural charm that made everybody love him. Each time they came back to play at the "local" the crowd was bigger and bigger till it was eventually a sell out and you were lucky to get a ticket. Then, a few years later, they played at the larger clubs, which is where my memory fades. They were so talented, and then they disappeared into fame and fortune. The mini series looks amazing. The existing band members have been quoted to say they even cried during some scenes as it was so realistic of what really happened. Personally, I can't wait for the mini series. Their music is part of the reason why the 80's era was bloody awesome. Plat

Okay so it was pretty good tonight. I have spent some time looking up old clips and interviews on youtube. God he is gorgeous. That curly hair and the sexy moves, the kinky look in his eyes one minute and then the vulnerability. So so beautiful. I could just eat him up! *Swoon*

What like all the tea in China or something? He he Personally, I don't think there has been a better recorded album, DVD, than the Live Baby Live, concert. Not only does it capture the energy with dynamics ( Michael Hutchence, freak of nature to it) It shows the energy to travel through the crowd as sound wave moves people as it passes through. When it bounces and begins to come back, is something sound technicians have to overcome, but it can and will when things get turned up. The Stairs, Live and mastered in surround sound, spot on. Is my favourite simply because of Michaels understanding and ability to dynamic artistry. (soft to loud, slow to fast, three strokes or to fuck).

I was the DJ at the Morley when I met Michaeland we did spend some time together butback then he did not yearn for fame.In short a really nice guy in those days. However I was friends with Bon Scott and boywas he a party animal.Loved rock and spirits and would always partyafter all his gigs. The days of the big hotels are gone so all thatis left are memories of great times.
