INVALID in personal chat....

Every now and then, we attempt to have a "private chat" with someone, however the window pops up and instead of their username, it says INVALID with no profile photo or anything else...Does anybody else have this issue? And if so, does it mean anything in particular?

I think that RHP are having a few issues lately...When I have tried to reply to a flirt I have the "Invalid, user name does not exist"...at first I thought the person must've closed their account and then yesterday I waited a couple of hours and then was able to reply! xFunlovingx

Have their pop up blocker enabled. Cos these private chat windows are a pain the arse. CPU utilisation sky rockets, and some people's computers being a hardly normal special can't cope if they're also in the chat.
