You never used to have to do that. Why is it happening now? Even when you send emails the spaces between paragraphs disappear. Why?

You can also just whack a break (shift comma, B, shift fullstop) at the end of the sentance to make a newline. Put two in to separate into paragraphs. That's what I used to do when using chrome... when I remembered anyway.

On Google Chrome on Max OS 10.6.5 I dont even have to font colour option.

Preheat oven to 180c. Beat two egg whites until stiff. Incorporate half a cup of sugar slowly. Fold in two tablespoons of coco powder. Place carefully in a well greased ramekin. Make whimsical humorous remark at own efforts. Cook for 10 minutes watching your paragraph closely. Do not slam oven door while checking on your paragraph or correcting spelling errors. Remove and allow to cool for five minutes. Sprinkle liberally with punctuation. Enjoy!

Funloving, that message is simple to understand (just not simple to comprehend). You see it was composed by a 'gentleman' who endevoured to type it one handed whilst his other appendage was busy on yet another appendage. As for the lack of grammar, sentence construction, punctuation of any form, well that can be attributed to not being able to clearly read the screen thru squinted eyes.Basically the 'gentleman' is alluding to the possibility of making your acquatinance in some form, preferably with you naked and in a horizontal position. They are there to brighten our day, ensuring we begin each day with a good laugh!? I wonder if we replied in the same manner, would 'they' think we were the slow ones, or would they not notice..?? How do people go through life reading things all day every day, but not pick up the most basic english and punctuation??? The schooling system is part to blame I say! I have been a tutor to primary and high school aged children for the past 10 years. Half of these kids who are graduating primary school can NOT read, write or spell...??? Whyyyy do they let them go on without these basic skills...it's just sad. And by the way....When posting forum posts etc on an iPhone, it does NOT let you make paragraphs!?? I can spell and punctuate just fine, and it shits me to tears that it has to be posted with poor gramma, under 'my' name... I normally write a quick explanation and apology if it's a lengthy post!

I really enjoy scanning the topic lists and reading people's views on various aspects of sex, and have been a fan of this forum for a couple of months now. Consequently, I am very surprised that it has taken a thread concerning grammar and language skills to finally get me to 'come off the bench', as far as contributing is concerned. However, now that I have 'crawled out of the woodwork' I suspect I will stay out and 'throw in my two bobs worth' on a regular basis. Thank you LoveCurvie and ChasingMidnight for inadvertently pushing this ageing wannabe wordsmith 'off the fence' and into the nose-bleed section where all the literary action is.Regards to all,WRock

My previous posts made me think I can use html tags so I'm hoping the other text formatting works lol.. Looks like you can use html tags! This should make it a lot easier for us mac users.. tags are like BR, I, B, U enclosed with lesser than signs or greater than respectively. Though there are starting tags and ending tags for text formatting, text. but for something like BR which means break you won't need it. for example i can use BR to make new lines. new line! or B for bold or I for italics U for underline colour is a little harder as you will need to look up the exact hex number to get your desired colour. but with google it shouldn't be too difficult. just might get annoying everytime you want to post you have to type out the longish tag for it. but my main reason for posting this is that using BR tags are quick and easy to use. I noticed this when i was messaging someone it came up with some html code for some reason at the end of my message.

Thanks fun! Glad you like it.. I sat up waiting for Santa til like 3am christmas morning, but it seems all I got was pissed!?? heheee... And then!!
