interesting you should ask - i just travelled 3 hours away just the other day - but it was more than worth it :) at least, it was a good excuse for a roadtrip, if it hadn't worked out... but it did, and tying that gorgeous girl up was worth every kilometre! heehee!

While living on the Gold Coast I would go to Bribane quite regularly, Sydney every couple of weeks and Melbourne once (ok that was really for a drinks night but I did play while there lol)...I dont have an aversion to travel and I know some lovely ladies on here who travel quite regularly and some quite a distance too...I'm sure they will pop into here at some stage...lol Kisses Focus

It's a case-by-case basis, some people feel like they're going to be worth the effort and some don't. Some people would have to try very hard to entice me to drive an hour each way to see them again but others i wouldn't hesitate. On a whim i decided to drive 250km to Hervey Bay to spend a night in a hotel with a couple i had started to get to know on cam and had a good feeling about. It turned out they were totally worth the 3 hour drive and I'd happily hit the road to see them anytime and spend 3 hours dripping with anticipation!

I travel to Sydney often, I go to the coast often and am traveling to Melbourne shortly. I need the time away every six weeks or so and treat this as a short holiday. It is not too easy for me to play in my home town so I have no aversion to getting in the car or on the plane and just going. It is rare that I meet someone that I havent been chatting to for weeks and often months anyway so for me, it is worth it by then. I have aready figured out that I want to meet this person in real life so have not been dissappointed yet. In my case it is not JUST a sexual encounter. The guys I meet are friends first and I like to see my friends and spend time with them occassionally. If nothing sexual happens then at least I have had a few days away.

Hahaha we were originally prepared to drive 3 hours every time. The problem is you cant force things and most people want to have a couple of meets before getting hot and heavy. Our intention was to chat alot over the internet before meeting so that we had more than a50/50 chance of getting lucky. Unfortunatly its hard to sort out who genuinly wants to meet, who is very busy & who is yanking your chain. Our best luck was at the club, we met, chatted in a quiet space, then had fun. I guess thats why I am a fan of parties...You are there, they are there, you can see the chemistry, you can smell the desire... So now we would definatly drive for a club/party. For the right people we would too. And if we had no kids...well we probably would have moved to Perth by now! lol Soley for the sex! But yeah for a fun night, 3 hours is nothing! Its more the cost of fuel, accomadation, food/drinks & babysitters that make us weigh it up. So fionabee...How often would you say you meet up only for nothing to happen? And wen you fly do you split the cost? Or just the accom once you are there. I guess for us, while we hope to become friends and do BBQs ect...at the moment sex is the important part. That said a nice BBQ, a few drinks and a flirty afternoon...If nothing continued on other than a bit of teasing then thats fine too. (super fine actually ) Mrs H xx

Every thing is a long way away from Perth...I am going to plan a holiday in Melbourne this year just to catch up with some RHP people and perhaps go see the Melbourne Storm play :) LC

Considering that it takes about an hour and a half to go door to door to get to the Towers of Melbourne...distance really is not relevant. In the same amount of time, I can be in the capital cities of three other states and considering what maybe waiting there....I would not even compare the two. | Of course, I am on a journey...to meet and spend time with sensual and seductive new people that I meet along the way. Yes, if I do travel it is with reasonable belief in the outcome...but you never know. I am always willing to take that chance...and would prefer that to missing the chance to meet someone that I indeed should on the journey. | As for the tyranny of distance...like most tyrants, easily overthrown when passion and imagination are inspired. Life is far too short...live it!

I used to happily travel up to Perth.. But the cost for me got too high.. I would have to get a sitter, petrol ( full tank there n back home), hotel.. guy would pay half the hotel.. most times i had to pay my own dinner.. WTF.. My costs ran higher than theirs.. ...So now I offer to only meet if they want to come here. I make sure it is right as best as I can. Met some wonderful fun men.. I even offer a cooked breakfast and coffee the next morning too... Only turned away 4 men.. not my fault if they lie in their pics.. huggies sweetpetite41xxxxxxxxxxxx

I will travel no more than 840km. The benchmark was set a long time ago. But I agree with Chasing Midnight. As a fairly frequent interstate flyer, I find it very hard not to be able to justify a 1.5 hour journey and especially when flights are as cheap as they are these days.

I drove from the south-eastern burbs of Melbourne to Bendigo once. It proved to be a worthwhile trip. :)It all depends on who the person is and if you get the sense a meet-up will turn out well. Of course, that's no guarantee it will, but I'd rather go with some reasonable amount of hope in mind. In the end that should really be the deciding factor, and travel distance only plays a small part.

Quoting 'MrandMrsH' . So fionabee...How often would you say you meet up only for nothing to happen? And wen you fly do you split the cost? Or just the accom once you are there. I have not been dissappointed yet. I have never met up with someone and nothing has happened. Like I said, I chat to people for a while first, we go on cam, we talk on the phone so I generally know what the person is like and vice versa. I also have only a select few that I do play with anyway. Often I will have arranged to play with one while away but will meet others for coffee only. I pay my own airfares and accommodation as I am just a touch independant.

A 4 hour flight from Darwin to Adelaide was well worth the trip. Chatting on line for a while made the idea of travelling well worth while.

I once drove 11 hours to get a decent milkshake (If you've ever been to Bells Milk Bar in Broken Hill you'll understand) so how far I'm willing to travel to meet some one depends on how sweet the honey is that lies at the end of my journey. Rest assured, if I travel many hours in search of booty (that could refer to treasure or butt) I intend to make it worth while for all involved.
