don't villify people is one.That will get a thread shut down,and sometimes the moderators will send the poster to the naughty corner. Threads are often shut down if someone complains,sometimes the OP doesn't like the way a thread is going and shuts it down. Increasingly cyber bullying is coming under scrutiny and the anonymity of the cyber bully is quickly disappearing. As I post I am reading...''We reserve the right to delete any post deemed inappropriate for this forum.''It appears just under ''Post your comments''.

Sometimes a discussion turns into an arguement where some people cannot agree to disagree and then become personal attacks...this is the point where a thread will and should get shut down. We are all adults here and we should be able to discuss topics without the need to personally attack those we do not share the same points of view with. ET xox

If I yank your chain do you flush? Well YMC, may say I like the new name, and that there is freedom of speech up to a point. Yes sometimes comments are deleted from a thread and threads are shut down. It is a dirty fuckkers community and majority rules as in any community. Although the moderators have gotten a little more sensitivity lately I think.And what is with all the new photo rules. I just got told that my new pic was too HOT for a adult dating site. So I thought I would put my tits up instead. (o)(o)

Every single one of us is just a human...yet depending on where you sit and your orientation these same humans think they have the right to dictate the authority or rules of our very existence. So we have religious sects (pick any one you like) controlling what we can and can't say. We have temporary humans in government believing they have the right to control everything about our current and future. Whos world is this...whos world is this meant to be. We have legions of agendas by legions of sects: We have a Pope who has never had sex telling us to have children. We have Muslims saying its normal for a man to have 8 wives (and then throw acid on her face if she leaves him) We have Israel receiving billions from the US and tonnage of weapons yet they cry and play victim when a palestinian throws a rock over the board. We have a sect going world wide claiming climate change...when 50% of the experts in the field are saying the climate is actually cooling. We have China banning their population access to facebook and youtube (kind of speaks for itself). We have incomers into Australia claiming discrimination and racism because they can't get and have what they want...yet on the otherside we have Aborigines claiming they and their land were taken over and everyone should get out. ................. ................. oops....i just realised my brain spoke out loud and did what we are not trained to do and thats have opinions on truth and fact or everything for that matter..........sooooo........what have i just done..........triggered everyones brain into doing what we are trained to do and thats claim racism and discrimination when certain sects don't like what they are hearing lol. Got to love sects, self promoting agendas, suppression and limiting of the masses lol. (Unfortunately my intelligence would need a 500 page novel to go into this in detail so i'll spare you with a one page edition lol).

In Australia you sprout on about "Freedom of Speech" .... Well technically you actually don't have it as much as you think your entitled to. What you do have is the rite to express a opinion in a public domain without recourse. RHP is not a public domain. As you know in America it is our constitutional rite , however it is not here - google RHP is a privately owned site and accordingly what the owners, mod etc says go . Yes you pay money to join etc however it does not give you the rite to say whatever you wish. You are subject to their terms and conditions. This applies to many sites and it is a miscomprehension that you can or do anything you wish in Australia Check out your Rights if you are doubting what I say

'Opinions are like arseholes - everyone has one!' and yes, that's true. But, when expressing our opinions, as decent human beings, surely we can do so with respect for others' viewpoints and feelings. Oh wait, that makes the assumption that we are 'decent' human beings. Sorry! Go for it, say what you want, when you want with complete disregard for anyone else. My mistake!

Mike Yes Mike you are correct - any "fucking idiot"can post whatever they want in the USA - we fought a small war called the War of Independance in order for them to do so and many died so that we have that rite (sorry right) .......and I am so proud that they did so (me being a Yank and all !!!) Yes we also have the rite (right) to bear arms...again a rite that men believed in , fought and died for...we had 55 great and honorable men assembled by a man of vision (Thomas Jefferson) who wrote our Consititution in 1787 with valid ammendments... There is a reason, that for our follibles. (and yes America has many - which country doesnt ?) that we are the country that is the land of the free and home of the brave......... It's highlighted two things:1. Freedom of speech is very naively understood .2. The legal right to be free from persecution by your government for most forms of criticism (but not all - and I'm happy we have outlawed hate speech here, and some forms of defamation) is not the same as freedom to say what you want without consequence. Having 'freedom of speech' doesn't mean if you say stupid things people won't judge you to be an ignorant moron. Sometimes some posters here would do well to remember that.

I just wish that the US would ounce and for all annex Australia so that we too could legitimately complain about our rights being voliated! It's no fun when someone points out that we don't have a bill a rights in Australia and I'm almost certain that the US Constituation would allow Meeka to post pictures of any part of her anatomy in whatever positions she chooses to show ti, engaged in whatever sexual practise she choose to engage in!

All speech is limited.........defamation rules do apply, however as we have have seen, tread lightly around the edges, speak concisely and precisely and you can dance the dance with the devil. I note that in America, so long as you are a god fearing, god speaking person you can say as you wish.....albeit their defamation laws pre-date the American Revolution. So long as it is absolute truth...... JMO Lets

Not vilifying anyone because of their race, religion, ability,gender and sexual preference then I am all for it.I have found the the majority of people who are opposed to political correctness are the ones who don't understand discrimination or do understand it and want to discriminate against people because of the above mentioned characteristics. I found in this thread a reply totally lacking in love and the posters assertions were indeed an enigma.Nudie Rudie, thank you for speaking up and pointing out the lie about Aboriginal people. Discrimination does exist in Australia as it does in other parts of the world and while we don't yet have a constitution to enshrine our right to free speech, I don't want that right if it means I have to listen to the bigotry and hatred that spews forth from those who relish their perceived superiority.
