Halloween is great, our kids love it as our neighborhood gets involved. The choice is vast and your costume does not need to be scary. Superhero's are popular and sexy. Are you going to a sexy party or a normal one?

I like getting into the spirit of any celebration/occasion so I'll be dressing up a bit spooky to a meet this weekend. In America, I think most people dress up as anything they like and not necessarily witches or other scary things. Maybe try being a sexy witch or vampire? :)

How about a mummy (as in Cleopatra or some such)? You're not suppose to have anything under those wrappings though.

I'm thinking a zombie would be good some torn up close and a bit of zombie makeup and your set. My friends and I have a big party every couple of years and go all out 3 month prep for one night and I love to scare people we use liquid latex and a lot of fake blood it's great fun.

Love Halloween Parties, we are going to the halloween party at Mikes Swingers Club in Brisbane this Saturday and both my wife and I have purchased vampire outfits. We found a great website that deliver overnight and are cheap. I will be looking to suck some boobies!!!!

When did the modern Halloween celebration begin? During the Middle Ages (about 600 years ago), the Roman Catholic Church at that time, decided to make the change-over from pagan religion to Christianity a bit easier, and therefore allowed the new converts to maintain some of their pagan feasts. It was agreed, however, that from now on they would be celebrated as "Christian" feats. So instead of praying to thwir heathen gods, they would now pray to, and remember the deaths of saints. For this reason the church decided to call November 1 the "Day of All Saints," and the mass to be celebrated on that day "Alhallowmass." In consequence of this, the evening prior to this day was named, "All Hallowed Evening" which subsequently was abbreviated as "Halloween." In spite of this effort to make October 31 a "holy evening," all the old customs continued to be practiced, and made this evening anything BUT a holy evening! Just a thorght as I am a pagan........

I'm a big fan of Halloween and have lots of decorations and a few different costumes.I bought my favourite costume in America a few years ago. It's a sexy pirate costume !My daughter thinks I look good and when people come to the door she proudly says, "doesn't mummy look hot" ! She actually has the kiddy version to match. In my old suburb a lot of the dads used to bring the kids around, I remember one filming as his kids came to our door. I never thought about it at the time but I guess dad may have been reviewing his home made movie after kiddy bedtime!Have fun everyone.xx Saturn

I think Halloween has a place here.. and itd be good for all of us.. I just dislike the fact its an American thing. You really can go as anything you want. Goes for any occupation, fictional, fantastical creature character. Endless possibilities. But while we are here.. why not go for one of the more well known provocative female persona's.. like a nurse or school girl/cheerleader.

I love Halloween parties, so many different ideas. Hire at a large costume hire, buy at a Spotlight store, or buy online in Australia with express delivery.Evil Fairy, Sexy Vampire, She Devil, Kill Bill Costume (the sexy yellow vinyl one Uma Thurman wore), Naughty Red Riding Hood, Poison Ivy (Batman). Just some ideas off the top of my head.Matching coloured big false eyelashes and red nails. I had red and crackled black and silver on my acrylic nails done at a nail salon.Have fun x

Halloween started in Ireland about 2,000 years ago with a group of people called the Celtics. They believed in a god called Samhain who was the god of dead and darkness. October 31st was considered the end of the year and as a result they threw a large celebration, which was known as Samhain. This celebration of the autumn harvest and the Celtic new year, when they believed spirits could come back and visit with living relatives. Irish and English immigrants brought the tradition of Halloween to America in the mid 1800s.. So you see its not American, its Irish...... The Yanks always steel stuff from others hehehehheheh Halloween was a pagan thing long before Amerrica was found by that Christopher falla....

I learned something.. Buttt.. does the UK celebrate it like the US do? Because you cant say the reason why we are having an increase in the celebration is because of an old pagan tradition..
