Guests can no longer message Platinum profiles

  Hi Guys, We have not removed this feature, Guest users can absolutely still message Platinum members. There are limitations on this however, to stop spam users from contacting endless Platinum users. Guests must match what the Platinum user is looking for in order to contact them.   Thats a bit poor form by RHP if thats the case.( it may just be a glitch in the system hopefully) Im only a guest at the moment but will upgrade soon bit maybe ill over look the platinum membership then. Shame i cant message you now ha - Posted from rhpmobile

  Once they send a message to a guest, then a guest can message that platinum member back. That's is how it still is right??? Maybe a Red Hot Pie administrator can jump in this forum and varify this forum claim HELP!!!

  Hi Admin, You might need to explain a little further or do some more system testing - when I my status was guest last week I tried messaging someone that was platinum and it wouldn't let me. I matched what they're looking for as a per their profile, and even just now when I go to their profile and click message, I don't get any pre-warning about not matching their criteria like you do on some profiles when you're outside their stated criteria. Is there a limit to how many guest messages someone with a Platinum profile can receive daily?
