You better head over to that topic and see how lots of people feel about public sex. I think the public sex usually happens in the dunes or bushes near by (in Sydney anyway) so you will get loads of male on male action happening back there. No dramas - most of them are open to perving on couples.

So there was a thread on Grays lane nude beach running. I haven't been into that thread because it's not my local beach but have you read it, might give some local tips. General tips I could give would be to find out what part/end of the beach is appropriate, of course neither end will be appropriate to the authoritarians, but ignore them. There are 'unwritten' rules such as: if you're wanting action/interaction of an intimate nature, lay on the main part of the beach but close to the dunes. It's considered a bit of a signal, and just quietly, worked for me. If you're in the right area, it just seems to happen. I met the most awesome guy there the first time I went, but he saw me coming across the sand (he told me that later) and shortly after, came over to help me with my suncream mmm and did he help, nice memory. So they're the kind of people you're looking for, like you and me, normal, just horny. You can head straight into the dunes but you'll find mostly meerkats and gays, best to find like minded people on the beach first, then head over into the dunes when It's likely to get hot and heavy. Be prepared for an audience Doesn't matter what time of the year you go there though, always take lots of water, I used to take a 2 Litre bottle, not just for drinking, though hydration is a factor, but also for 'flushing' said areas of the anatomy, sand tends to get everywhere and good to always freshen up before playing. So plenty of water, suncream and condoms of course, extra towels as well, trust me on that one, I always carried two. Then just scan around and see who's there and get chatting to people, early conversation reveals a lot I find. But it just seems to happen, the horny ones find each other. Good luck and have fun

Oops deviant I meant. Interesting, I just looked that up and it said deviate is the old fashioned term for deviant. It just gets worse, showing my age what 😊 Well, if I was over there, I'd come and join you 😉 what's your weather like. It's cooling off here, heading into winter. Not a bad thing for the nude beach, don't have to worry about getting burnt. Hopefully the weekend will provide some sunshine for you 😃

Are we crazy to go??? We have never been and are staying in Tweed for the Long weekend in October. Thinking of heading down for a look if the weather is kind. We have never been to a nude beach before and really want to try it for the experience. Hopefully it is a nice warm sunny day. We are not bothered about being nude around others but unsure of some of the other things We have heard and read. But I guess we will see.Happy to hear from anyone that has been recently and what it was like.I believe you head south down the beach and find a nice spot in the dunes. Cheers.

I was there yday was a pleasant day not too many people but carpark would have let u think oherwise still fresh in the water always nice to get ones gear lff and have a nice leisurely walk in nature 😉 the beach can be very exposed if the winds get up, take some wind protection just in case Parking is $8 / day, no camping visit .... best to get season pass, u can print out your receipt in lieu till pass arrives (this is a new feature) Enjoy

News flash from Byron - big,scary signs about no nudity or offensive behaviour have gone up at the Grays Lane lake and the cops are down there every day! Last week another four people were fined! Tyagarah nude beach next on their hit list! Google the local paper for details - The Echo Men Charged Tyagarah.

I was only 21 when I started going to Greys Lane, 10yrs on it's still my favourite beach along with the Tea Tree Lakes :). My advice to first comers is to know that it's not only a swingers destination, thats like saying all massages are sexual, in fact it's primary function is liberating and therapeutic ..so have respect foremost, not every person likes to be gravitated toward, then if you catch the eye of someone gazing back at you with lustful eyes then it might be a good indicator that you're welcome to approach and or follow them into the dunes. In my 10yrs at this beach I haven't done anything with anyone in the dunes, because any women there is always with a guy and i'm mostly straight so haven't taken up any offers from the guys (there's been a fair few too). I've enjoyed and felt quite invigorated a few times by having a bit of an erection involuntarily occur while walking naked passed some cute women or laying and having some beautiful women walk or jog by me, i may have relieved that build up of sexual energy in the dunes no more than a dozen times in my earlier years of going there when I knew I was completely secluded, but lately (past 2yrs) i've spent a lot of practice in controlling these urges because indulging in them too much is what turns most guys that go to these beaches into some science fiction level creep, hovering around anyone (myself included), with their hand and mind clearly on one thing for hours on end ..it's disturbing to see how reduced a human can become honestly especially when it's blatantly obvious that their approach isn't welcome to the receiver and this is also a big deterrent for a lot people who would otherwise like to come and enjoy this beautiful beach, so what's left after x amount of years of guys not giving a hoot about boundaries and behaving in a way that is somewhat out of control has led to what is primarily a dead zone for anyone that isn't a creep, meaning that 99% of the women that go there aren't aware of this culture, but quickly learn and tell their friends.. and any guy that is known to go there is slapped with the same label regardless of how he behaves. So whilst I appreciate embodying sexual energy in whichever context, it MUST be coupled with respect or you're just going to be making a mess of things. There's been so many instances on this beach where boundaries have well and truly been crossed leaving certain people borderline traumatised and the response from the community that thinks the beach is primarily their sex club is this "well they should've known what to expect coming to a nude beach", as you can see, it's evident they haven't used their brains too much since adopting their apathetic creep lifestyle. I personally encourage any one who goes there to be vigilant in maintaining order there the way I do, police do a good job but they're only there for 5% of the time, so if you see somebody being harassed, step in! or speak up!, I personally just stand up and stare these guys down until there little tail goes between their legs and they walk away with the blood rushing to their upper head. I don't like having to do this, but I feel its my duty to help clean up this beach and protect innocent people who're there to get some sun on their bits and feel free, plain and simple.
